Fitness area equipment is barely adequate. Studio schedule is subject to change without notice. Doors are not access controlled, so it doesn't feel very safe. It seemed ok during the 1-week trial, but I quickly found out this is not the place for me. I have tried to contact in writing to terminate, and they aren't responding to me. Note: I cannot speak to the youth activities side of this facility; my experience is with the adult workout facility only.

Here for a wrestling tournament, not Ignites issue, but way too many people for this venue. Not adequate team area, no bleachers for viewing, tiny concessions with overly long line and no where to wait in line due to over crowding. Also the decades old mildewy locker room smell was overpowering when walking in, but eventually they opened the doors to deal with it. Probably is an excellent practice facility, with a separate parent waiting area with seating and power connections, along with 6+ stalls per bathroom, though bathrooms are not gender neutral (at least not that I found, but literally couldn't get to many areas of building because of crowding.

I have been going her with my husband for a year for the gym services. I’ve never used the courts, but enjoy the opportunities for classes and always having workouts posted, even if you miss a class. It’s not too busy which makes it a relaxing place to come to and workout.

$15 a day for AAU basketball tournaments to sit in stale heat. Parents and players close to passing out due to heat exhaustion. Just miserable. Would've been better to play outside. Invest in a better HVAC system if you're going to charge so much.

Not a place for spectators. They charge 15 bucks a person to get to watch our son wrestling. With only a handful of places to sit. And no water for the athletes to shower! And Porta potties!! Nasty

I honestly feel by the time baseball parents are done dealing with this facility and the owner for baseball at least, leaving a bad review is their LAST thought.
The baseball program is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! From combining kids of all ages to play on the oldest team league to not being signed up for tournaments YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR. This place is a rip off!
2k for a season to not have uniforms, not be signed up for tournaments, coaches not showing and my 9yo playing 12u. There are more than a few red flags.
I’ve talked to parents that are still there and communication, uniforms, age brackets, and lies continue. Kids just want to play and this place happily takes parents money to not provide half the promises.
Brian the owner is a liar, doesn’t return calls and my kid played NOWHERE NEAR 7 tournaments with them as promised per contract.
GO ELSEWHERE! Anywhere! Literally ANYWHERE!

This is a nice facility for volleyball. Great location. There is plenty nearby for options to eat and hangout after competition. Loved the extra eating selections including smoothies and blizzards. Great to have room to sit down and eat as most places lack that space.

***Beware*** when scheduling ACH withdrawals with this facility. They took 3 months to finally cancel my withdrawals after repeated request through their “email inbox” and verbally. On top of that, it took them another 30 days to refund the money. When I asked for a cancellation policy because is not posted online, the request was ignored through email and also their personnel could not tell me how I could locate it or who I could talk to about getting a copy. Email and text receipts can be provided.. *** Beware***

Was here for a basketball tournament and the facility is very nice and spacious. Only complaints I have are the restrooms which both had out of order stalls and urinals. The smell of bathrooms comparable to a campground and also no changing tables or family restroom. Which was difficult when bringing two babies to watch multiple games over 2 days.

No air (or fans) on a HOT June weekend. Outside temps were 90+ and inside the facility was that or more. Six basketball courts for tournaments. Smaller venue, easy to get around, ample parking
