Went to a tournament with my team and the referees cheated maybe because we're from Des Moines or because they have their favorite teams.
The owner would not listen and treated us like trash 👎🏾
Would not pay to go back and suggest you don't either!!

Tournament this weekend with hundreds of people and players. Hotter than crap because one of their air units “wasn’t programmed” with no attempts to fix it.

Wouldn’t allow any doors to be opened along the courts either to let air in. “No authority to do so.”

When asked they say all the “powers that be are out of town.”

Call them. Do something. Kids are overheating and having to cool down with ice cubes.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! People who ran the event SUPER RUDE! Paid money for a basketball tournament. 90° plus outside. No fans, no air conditioning. Refused to open the garage doors to get the breeze from outside to come in. People were close to having heat strokes and players were passing out. We were told it was against fire code to open the doors. Horrible place! Will not be taking basketball teams back there!

The only place I've ever been to where you pay $1500 for your kid to play basketball, and $1500 for your other kid to play volleyball, and you cant sit on the side line to watch them practice!
The parking is horrible, most lines worn off. The seating for games is super limited, you can sit in the seat for games but not practice, and the tables they want you to sit at are always full unless you're the first 30 parents in the door.
Don't bother wasting money for your kids to play here.
Forgot to mention, after the cost for your kid to play, it's another $9 a person to walk in the door to STAND and watch your kid play for 32 minutes, wait an hour and a half, and play another 32 minutes. And this is every tournament!
Staff is super unprofessional too!

Concession food is gross. $5.50 for a COLD, dry, nasty burger. $9 admission and apparently no working AC. Miserable hot inside although AC is dripping on the courts. We used one of our shirts to wipe it up and told staff about it. They put a bucket under one area and when we asked for a towel for the other spot, they never bought one. I suppose they want you thirsty so they can hit you charge Couple of the refs rather lean against the wall or joke around instead of call the game. Not enough room for spectators especially when people are about to have a heat stroke.

Ridiculous. Who charges $8 for entry to 14 year old tournaments. It below 0 outside, the girls play in T-shirts and shorts and the complex heat is never on. What a joke. Never give these people money. Always 50 degrees in there🤷🏽

Seating is an issue at Basketball tourneys. 4 courts, and only one row of seating along two sides. Lots if seating at the one end. Too bad the main seating couldn't be between the 2 sets of courts.

Very loud but that's expected when you have four volleyball games going on at once and several teams waiting to play. It was very chilly and of course the concession stand was expensive. Was glad to be able to watch my granddaughter play her first competitive game...took 2nd place.

Nice place but has a few problems.
We just spent the day at a volleyball tournament on January 5th (obviously winter) and there was NO HEAT. We were told that this is common from many parents who had kids in other sports as well. So my suggestion to visitors is to wear long underwear, a heavy coat, and bring a blanket. This is a pole barn that is not insulated.
If your looking for a seat you have to come early because there is a few chairs sprinkled around the room and that's it. Worst place I have ever been to when it comes to the spectators. Hopefully we don't have another tournament there and if so we will not be attending.
