As a woman in my 60's, Jumping Fitness is a GREAT workout. It is low-impact (easy on my knees), & a fun way to get my heart-rate up. We rebound to up-beat music & enjoy a logical progression to the work-out (warm-up, low-intensity, hi-intensity, cool-down, etc). The instructors give clear directions of what to expect prior to each set, & I'm able to adapt to my needs/comfort level. There are so many advantages to jumping/rebounding! I always feel energized & happy after a Jumping Fitness class.

I joined Jumping Fitness about 8 months ago and I love every bit of it! The coaches are very personable and challenge you to get out of your comfort zone. My health has improved significantly and these classes have played a huge role in my weight loss journey. Not only will you love the workouts, the members are also great and fun to be around!

One of my friends had been trying to convince me to try a class with her for a long time. I tried a free class in February and have been hooked.
Andy and Romi are both amazing and energetic! They make the classes fun and different every time, you don’t even feel like you are working out. I have seen such big transformation in just the few months that I have been going the classes. I am not only losing weight but also toning and gaining strength.
I HIGHLY recommend that you try a class because you won’t regret it.

Jumping fitness is a wonderful way to have fun while doing cardio and strength training! Jumping on the trampoline helps give you a more intensive workout without the body aches that you get with a conventional workout. Also, all of the instructors are super encouraging! If you love music this will rock you right through your workout too! Also, there is a variety of workouts, so you never get bored doing the same routine!

I absolutely LOVE this class!! I use this class for in between my running days. It is low impact and easy on my joints. I have felt at home since day one class. The music and the choreography is different each time I go. This class has helped me with parts of my body that I don’t usually work on. I absolutely love the coaches as well. If you are looking for something different, please give this class a try, you will not regret it.

Jumping Fitness is such a fun workout! I love getting my heart rate up with a great playlist - and this is just that! The coaches are super friendly and make it a very approachable place to go, especially for first timers new to jumping fitness. They're also helpful and understanding to anyone needing modifications. Overall I've had nothing but positive experiences and great fun with Jumping Fitness! Highly recommend!

Jumping Fitness CR has provided me a place to have fun while working out. Getting back into shape after having a baby has been such a struggle. Since joining Jumping Fitness, my workouts are so much more enjoyable and effective. I burn a ton of calories while having fun in the process. Romi and Andy (the owners) are incredibly passionate about Jumping and making sure it is a workout that anyone can do, no matter what your fitness level is. I look forward to my classes because of their energy and I leave feeling like I accomplished something good for both my body and mind. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is starting a fitness journey or a seasoned athlete looking to spice up their cardio and endurance.

This is a great workout that is actually fun! The instructors are a awesome couple. They make you feel at home day one. We jump to fun music. You don't have to be as coordinated as you think to do it. This is one class I can go to when I don't feel like working out because the time flies and I feel great after!

Both of the instructors really strive to make every class the best! They both care about each person attending their class and you can tell they’re very passionate about jumping fitness. Definitely a must try class for everyone, no matter your age, exercise level, etc!

Absolutely love this place!! I am not a 'gym-person', but I tried this on a whim with one of my best friends, with the free trial. We had such a blast, that we go on a weekly basis. The coaches are so much fun, personable, knowledgeable and are motivating. You never feel intimidated, or 'less-than', if you can't do what they do. The encourage you to try your best. I have noticed my mood improve, along with stronger abs, my endurance has improved, and I've met some fun people along the way

These jumping glasses are perfect for the individual just starting out a new fitness goal or the experienced athlete who wants to add in some cross training and everybody in between!
