The splatter room was fun, but we could have done it at home for much cheaper. Although it was nice not to have to clean up. We we're not given any instructions. A/C was not working so it was kind of warm in there. Kid's gym was very fun for our 9 year old.

I took my 10 year old today and he absolutely loved this place. He did not want to leave! They offer summer camps so I signed him up for a few weeks! The staff was super helpful and friendly. Definitely worth checking out!!

My son 6 started their summer camp program today and unfortunately today will also be his last day We had such high hopes for this summer and they were dashed by unprofessionalism and over promises. My son is autistic and months before he began I reached out to the owner and was told that he could be accommodated. I provided the staff with his behavior plan from school, coping skills, headphones, everything he needed to succeed and my willingness to come in and help the staff with him if needed. My messages about his behavior plan and his accommodation went unanswered and he kicked and scratched a staff member. Instead of addressing how this behavior could have happened, or willingness to get to know him and work with him we were told he was unable to come back. He was not provided with his accommodations and was in fact grabbed by the owner. We know our son has tough behaviors but we were told they could work with this. Instead of listening to me and taking my concerns seriously they were completely unprepared. The owner called to complain about my son and when asked why they said they could accommodate him when they were clearly unwilling he stated that he would try anything once. My son is not some experiment, he needed help with his emotions and instead we are left with a kid who was traumatized by his experience and felt unsafe.

My kids had a wonderful time! Lots to do. I gave the rating a 3 because of a couple things that really bothered me about how much I spent to have my twins party there and what I received. Its more of a value rating. I will start out by stating that they were very organized at the beginning when I got there. Very please with customer service!
But it went down hill from there. Once the party started playing in the large room (that was PACKED). SO MANY KIDS!!!! It was a bit much! There was NO SUPERVISOR OR STAFF SUPERVISORS to be seen at any time in the gyms. None. The 2 of the 3 girls that were staff, sat up front, on their phones, or socializing. The 1 girl that greeted us was the one that was basically doing everything. This rating does not reflect her job performance. She did not have staff support to help her with the business of that day. There were so many parties there and 2 of the 3-4 staff were lazy! (There ended up being a forth person there, not sure if she was staff. )
Once we got our area for cake and pizza and presents, there was no staff that assisted me with my 15 kids. I was by myself, servicing pizza, drinks, cake. Cleaning up on my own. All I had in that area was 30 minutes to do all of this. That was horrible! All while Having to track down cups, utensils , serving utensils etc. it was chaos. While I am trying to get my party under control by myself, since the space I was put in was the same as the play area, it was loud and we got to watch other boys trying to break light fixtures. It was so bad. When the party concluded the ladies came to finish the clean up process and empty trash, but never offered to help. I needed to request a cart from my items which they assisted with.

I had 2 kids with injuries. They seem to be fine. But we had to ask for ice. They had no ice packs and couldn't make ice fast enough in the fridge. We figured something out.

They need staff in the gym and something different set up for “party rooms/ areas”.

I would recommend if you have a party here to make sure you don't assume that they have staff that help. Have someone to assist you with the party. Had I known this, I would have done this at my house. The headache wasn't worth the price I paid.

Had my grandsons 5th birthday party here last night. The kids that attended had a great time climbing, jumping, and sliding etc... Lots to do for them. It's just not a place for party attending adults without kids to chase after.
Need to add benches or seating of some kind in both sections of play areas for additional guests. Alot of standing people blocking the isles, and kids trying to get to each play area.

My kid tried to jump in the foam pit and sue to it being like to feet deep hurt his foot. There was also a gap on the side of the bouncy house they I witnessed I child fall through. Other then that it also costed a ridiculous amount of money.

As it turns out, this is a great place for field trips! Our co-op went here and the kids loved it. The time felt like long enough that they got a good amount of activity, then we got pizza afterwards! I felt like it was a good value.

Super fun place for the kids. Our 7 year old loved every thing they had to play, swing & climb on. There were so many activities available and evening seemed very clean and sanitized. The staff was very accommodating and kind. We signed up for the platinum membership and we can't wait to go back. Also, the birthday parties look like so much fun, can't wait for ours!

This is a free for all with most of the things you see on ANW -- there are LOTS of open gym times and it's about half the price of the gymnastics places around town. There are areas for all ages and skill levels. But -- you really are on your own -- no coaching and very little cleaning

We had a birthday party there tonight! The kids had a blast- we had space to eat and set up our cake/presents. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Celebrated my daughter’s 11 birthday at Kid’s Warrior Gym. We had the entire place to ourselves for 2 hours! It was a blast!! We were able to bring in food, cake and decorations. The staff was amazing! Booking it again for my other daughter’s birthday!

Very unorganized. Had the birthday party set up and paid for, but when we showed up they had no record of it. The back room which they call "Premium room" is just a gated area that's special by any means and is an extra 50$. There was not enough people there to run the rock wall and they could not "locate" the person. They showed up finally 1.5 hours into the party. They only had 5 plates for a party of 14 and no cups. This place was very disappointing to say the least they tried to give us 6-1 hour passes. I don't care to ever come here again... the photo is the "premium room"

Update reguarding response: The 300$ in free passes that you stated that can be bought on Groupon for 12$? Your not fooling anyone it was less than impressive and false advertising the other "room" or gated area that was right next to it is exactly the same size and honestly didn't know it was two different spaces because there was no one around to help us. God forbid you would have actually been there to help when we initially arrived it wasn't until later that you showed up. Am I supposed to be upset at the two 16 year olds you have working there it is not their fault that you poorly run a business. You also shouldn't tell customers about your personal life trying to justify why you can't speak clearly to them or park directly in front of your business in a space designated for emergency services..with new management this could be a cool place. Worst birthday party experience ever!! Would absolutely NOT recommend. Our party was not in the schedule. They had a table "set up" for 10 kids but we had reserved and paid for 14. The set up was one white table cloth and no decorations as promised. They were out of plates. They gave us napkins for the cake. We also paid 50.00 extra for the "private" area which wasn't private and the rock wall had no attendant working at it. When we asked the Manger for even a partial refund he said "well the kids had fun didn't they?" And gave us passes to the gym which we won't use. Do NOT book a party here.

Worst party experience ever! We celebrated my son's 5th birthday here.The website falsely advertises; we did not get what we were expecting. I would advise anyone looking at this place for a party, to go elsewhere! Do not waste your time or money. The employees offer little assistance, even after their party package states we would have a dedicated party assistant. We had to continously leave our party, to ask for things; which was extremely irritating! The party area was not ready when we arrived; another party was still going on. When we asked when we could get into the room, we were advised we technically only got the party "room" (fenced in area) for the last 30 minutes of the party. Which makes absolutely no sense, considering we purchased the upgrade and assumed our area was to be private. Where do they expect you to put all your party stuff? After confronting them about it via email, they told me their website does NOT advertise it as private. When I sent a photo of the proof from their website, I received no more communication from them. Overall, the entire experience was terrible. Book your party here, at your own risk!

This is a fun indoor obstacle course gym specifically for kids under 10. Everything is built for their size and strength.
I saw the comments that the equipment was old. To me it looked safe; for what it was (slack line, and climbing stuff). If anything it was a little dirty just from the kids using it and having "kid clean" little hands and bodies.
Less than $15 for an hour of energy release. Well worth it. Not sure i would spend the extra for the ultimate room unless they beef that up with more big items.

This has to be the worst party experience I had. We celebrated my sons 7th birthday and weren’t given a timeline of how things would be handled. We didn’t get the pizza on time and were practically rushed out of the room when it was 8 pm. I understand that our booking was to end at 8pm but if the delay wasn’t due to our gym time. Then I would expect the employees to let us have more time in the party room. Also,I literally had to ask for more plates and forks because they had only provided about 7 plates. I paid for the golden package and it was not worth it. The pizza was from Pizza Hut and never got the drinks that are supposedly in the package. I wouldn’t recommend parties to be done here. Sadly. Wish it was better.

I love this place in that it provides my kids with a unique and rich way to gain exercise and confidence. They love it. However, the restrooms aren’t clean, there are small holes in the walls, and it’s a bit dirty, in general. For the price, that’s tough to let slide. The gym is super fun and good for a range of ages. Even adults would love it if they were allowed!

The monthly membership is a good deal... something we'll probably take advantage of each winter. (Although I am irked that when I bought the membership, the manager told me it was truly unlimited - but sometimes when I come, they tell me we can only stay an hour. The employees are not all on the same page about it, nor do they seem to care.)

BUT...

The restrooms need to be cleaned more often.

THE AIR FRESHENERS IN THE LOBBY ARE SO STRONG they give me a headache. I'd rather smell sweat than those nauseating and overpowering artificial scents.

Bring your own water bottle because there is no water fountain.

Bonus: I appreciate that there's a small play area for kids who are too young to go in the actual gym. The play area is in the lobby and has lots of foam blocks to build with and climb. There's no charge for that. There is a large window in the lobby looking into the gym so you can sit with your small children in the lobby and watch the big ones in the warrior gym.

I'm rating the birthday party experience we had for my son's 5th birthday.
The gym is great, but there was little to no supervision from the employees. We were lead into the gym the kids were given some rules shown the warped wall, & that was it. The employees didn't even stick around to enforce their rules, it was left up to the parents. Since no one was supervising when it was time for us to go have cake we had to go ask what they would like us to do.
The gym was fun & the kids had a good time, but from a parents point of view there were a few things lacking. We will be back to play, but we will have to think about having another bday party here.
