This gym is so convenient in many ways! Not only is it open 24 hours but the equipment is top notch, super clean, the owner is always super attentive, and there is even a supplement shop for your instant needs. Definitely the best gym I have come across in the area.

A year ago I started going here, they set me up with a trainer, and I’m a different person a year later. Great equipment, good people who know you, never too busy to use what you need to use. Convenient for south siders!

Great Gym looks to be brand new equipment open 24 hours even for those road weary travelers like myself. Owner was at the desk and set me up with a 3 day pass which is great as I won't be in town more than 3 days every piece of equipment you need to get a great workout if you are in des moines definitely worth it

Great place to work out and be comfortable in the surroundings! I’m from out of town and went today for the first time. Honor, the owner, was very welcoming and cordial. In some gyms it is hard to get a serious workout in because they can be meat markets, but the guys here at Lift DSM were very respectful and gentlemanly. Highly recommend for women!

Was in DSM for the weekend and got a day pass. Overall Fantastic gym and one of the nicest I have visited. Equipment was all brand new and high end. And the owner was a very nice guy. Could not recommend more!!!

Awesome gym! The equipment is of good quality. The lighting and decor make the place unique. The men's washroom was clean and even smelled refreshing. The owner built a friendly community with a great atmosphere. It has 24hr access and beats the heck out of the competition. Looking for an escape from the overcrowded "club" & commercial gyms? Look no further.

Greatest gym in Iowa!
Lots of equipment you can't find anywhere in the metro, the best lighting, and the posing room is amazing.
If you want a great local gym with people who are consistent and dedicated this is it!
