Located conveniently off South Federal Avenue, our south location holds a full lineup of cardio and weight-lifting machines for men and women. Our Senior/Women's circuit guides you through a full body workout without all the guesswork.
Hours posted are staffed hours, but all locations are open 24/7 with personal key fob access.
**No smoothies or food for purchase at this location. NIP Mason City East and Clear Lake locations have smoothie bar, rice bowls, and supplements.

This gym has the small gym feel while still having the equipment to get a good workout in. Of the three locations it is my favourite, although they are all terrific!

Always a great environment to get your sweat on! They have a great variety of machines and weights, from beginner to advanced. Facilities are always clean. They have plenty of storage for your belongings. Staff is nice and helpful. They have supplements and beverages for purchase. They also offer personal trainers if you want personalized support. Other gym members also help to give tips and advice!

Super affordable and convenient. Three locations, open 24/7. Wide variety of people with all fitness levels use NIP. Be sure to check out their group fitness classes and think about hiring a personal trainer (many trainers to choose from).

I was a member here for a short time while I lived in Mason City. The equipment is in good condition and the staff are friendly, but it was definitely a power-lifting gym! I didn't see many of "my kind" (overweight 20-somethings) around when I went in, mostly just muscular guys going for PRs. So it didn't really feel super comfortable since I was so out of place, but I will say that no one ever said or did anything to put me down or make me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I would definitely recommend this gym for people who would like to build muscle because it's that kind of atmosphere.
