I recently dealt with an injury that hindered my regular workout routine and hired Rachel during my recovery period to ensure I had customized workouts that would work around my injury. It was great to work with her and she really adapted our sessions to what I was looking for. So easy to work with (and fun to chat with)!

Rachel is the absolute BEST! I've been working with her for about 4 months now and can honestly say my sessions have become a highlight of my weeks. I've tried many other fitness classes and programs in the past but for the first time in my life I actually enjoy working out thanks to my 1 on 1 sessions. I love that my workouts each week are personalized to my abilities and that Rachel fosters a welcoming, supportive, safe and judgement-free environment. I'm so thankful to have Rachel as a trainer!

Rachel is a wonderful trainer to have. She balances motivation to excel with understanding of your limitations. My time with Rachel has been more than I could have ever hoped for! She has been my trainer now for 4 + years. She has such a gift and knows how to craft and execute a vision for you body and fitness goals. This girl is worth every penny. Our workouts are never boring or stagnant. When I started working with Rachel I was intimidated to go to the gym and not know what to do or how to do it. It wasn’t something I was looking forward to but I knew I had to do.
After The first few sessions most of that went away. Rachel is always welcoming when I arrive and makes me feel comfortable in a space that seems foreign. She met me where I was and didn’t ever allow me to feel incapable.
After about a month of 1:1 sessions I found myself looking forward to my workouts. Something I never thought I would say!
Even to this day while I’m stretching or doing mobility exercises at home I can hear her telling me to slow down and take my time. Something I am very bad at doing.
Committing to 1:1 sessions with Rachel is more than just committing to working out. It’s investing in a part of you that pays off for years to come and acquiring knowledge that will last a lifetime. 10/10 recommend!

No one had ever gotten me to love weight training, or working out for that matter, more than Rachel. She is so amazing because I love how she tailors each workout for you and where you are in your journey. Her knowledge about how the body works and why it's important to do what she teaches you to do was so welcoming for me. I love learning why that movement and why it's important to do it that way, and she always explained it to me before I even asked. The only reason I don't still work with her is because I moved away from the Des Moines, but I would have loved to work with her for years!!

I've worked out with Rachel for a few years now. In addition to a trainer she also has extensive training in yoga and is an excellent teacher. Rachel is a dedicated trainer who challenges her clients while making the workouts fun and entertaining. She has a heart of gold and butt of steel :) The space is cool and energizing. Never crowded but provides a nice sense of community. Highly recommend!

Rachel is one of the best personal trainers I have ever worked with. She met me where I was, listened to my goals, and created a plan that would work FOR ME. The individualization and attention to detail is unheard of.
