Coaches take the time to really connect with your kid, class sizes are favorable, wonderful progression of exercises to build confidence and proper technique. As a physical therapist it has been wonderful to see their approach in building a proper foundation for movement. Highly recommend!

We have been going to synergy for quite some time now. The coaching staff is very skilled, patient, and encouraging. The facility is clean and equipped with everything you need to practice safely. One of the best places for gymnastic in the area. No wonder the waitlist is long. Recently we had a small issue with scheduling due to some mis-understandings and the owner kept up with timely communication on the weekend to help us reach a win-win resolution. They truly care about their students and always have their best interest. I would recommend everyone going here!

5 year old birthday party - they all loved it! The instructors were great with the kids. It was great to only need to show up 10 minutes before to set out some juice boxes and cake and call it a day!

Had an amazing birthday party here over the weekend. The 2 instructors did a great job keeping 20 kids safe while they had an absolute blast. The instructors even helped with clean-up and made the whole process a cinch.

I tried to register my son here and was very excited about the program. I was trying to figure out times as my sister and I wanted to have classes together with our kids and they told us they would work with us.
I called and left voicemails and they wouldn’t get back to me unless I threatened to cancel the service. I finally got email correspondence it was already a couple of weeks into classes and so I asked just for a refund at this point. They agreed to 5 weeks of tuition back. I’ve not received that and this happened in November. I have emailed them at least twice with no word back at this point. I’m just very disappointed as I heard such great things.

Prices are pretty great for the amount of training time. I do wish they spent more time working on individual needs rather than having the class all perform the same things each week. Some students progress more quickly, and are held back week to week, while some children might need weeks on beginner training. I enjoy the sitting area where the parents can war h and customer service.

Wonderful instructors, especially for younger boys (having only boys). They do a great job of balancing a challenge with play. There is not a lot of waiting room for parents to sit, but it allows for more floor space for the kids.

OK experience. They obviously know how to teach gymnastics given the background of the owners, but much of the attention goes to higher levels. They opened a new facility that has already been outgrown. It is hard not to feel like a packed in sardine while waiting for your child. There is barely floor space for the kids to work. The owners are rude people, which is perplexing, since one would think that they would want to be polite to the patrons that are paying them money. It wasn't terrible, but I will be spending my money elsewhere.
