My boys have used their XL sports program for 2 years and loved it. Not only did they get stronger and faster, they also learned proper technique when it came to weightlifting. I began the Fusion class M, W, F starting at 5:15 AM! It has been an inclusive experience and everybody is really helpful! I can go at my pace, and when and if I canβt make it they follow up with me via text to see how Iβm doing! Iβm happy I signed up for the class to build muscle as Iβm aging! I sweat! Great place. The trainers do a thorough job of helping you understand the movements and ensuring you have proper form so that you don't get hurt. CrossFit is confusing and is a lot to learn, for somebody new to it, but they do a good job educating you. They could use more storage to put your stuff while working out.

Very good consistent coaching They do a good job to explaining how to do the workouts and make sure during the workouts that you're doing it appropriately not to hurt yourself and get full benefit out of the workout. Iβve had a great experience working with and learning from these individuals. I added the nutrition program, which taught me to be aware of what my body needs instead of what it wants. Itβs not a fad diet, that tells you to cut everything out and then later on you relapse. This program works!
Iβve also been working in the kilo Kwikies in my daily routine at home. This is a great program for busy lifestyles that canβt go to the actual gym. For the kilo kwikies you need minimal weights/equipment at home. They also provide videos just in case you donβt understand a workout. All in all, I had a wonderful experience, lost weight and feel great.

I had never realized how bad my form was before I started coming to The Gym. I could have had so many injuries if I kept lifting that way until I started lifting with Megan. Megan is one of my favorites in the gym, she pushes you to be your very best and to never give up on anything. Not only was this gym just for lifting weights and running, but I made so many fun memories with my group and from Megan. If you are looking to improve yourself and be a better athlete, I would definitely choose The Gym!

I got into CrossFit after my professional running career and it was fun to try new forms of exercise challenging myself to get better at everything and becoming more well rounded. The coaches themselves give all the proper professions for all levels!

Love this place! I always feel welcomed and valued as a person in the Gym. I have formed life long friendships in the Gym and it is always the best part of my day. The coaches push you to do your best and the strategy behind the workouts is thoughtfully planned out.

The Gym is awesome! Coming from just "bro-lifting" at a standard over-packed weight room, I had no idea what I was in for and was a little intimidated. First class I was blown away, all the Coaches are super knowledgable and everyone in class is so damn encouraging. At no point did I ever feel like I was being judged or wasn't good enough. You are definitely pushed, but you're pushed to the best that you can do - not what everyone else is doing; everyone is at their own level and Kilo Coaches understand and facilitate that better than anyone else!

I worked out in the gym for years and finally got tired of the monotony of bro splits and iron plates. That's when I decided to switch to CrossFit and focus more on speed, distance, and strength. TheGym is an amazing CrossFit box with spectacular instructors that create personable and really care about your progress and your health. The workouts are well planned out and they offer fantastic nutritional opportunities to create a well rounded healthy lifestyle. I would highly recommend TheGym to anyone interested in CrossFit and even to those who aren't. Give them a try, you'll be hooked!
