The Studio on Third is a locally owned Pilates Studio located in Kingston Village. A quick exit off of 380 in downtown Cedar Rapids, we easily serve Kingston Village and Corridor Residents. Our specialty is reformer Pilates. Our highly trained instructors (Balanced Body® Certified, Stott® Certified and Stott® Trained)develop each class or private session specifically with our clients needs in mind. In Studio A we offer reformer classes for beginner to advanced along with private and semi-private sessions. Studio B is an open space for clients to join a boutique size class of
Yoga, Nia®, or Jumping Fitness.

I love this studio. I've done yoga and Pilates here and I absolutely love both but it really gotten into Pilates and if you're looking for excellent practices and training I highly recommend checking this studio out. You will not feel intimidated at all. The small classes are also a huge benefit
to me.

I work one on one with Lynette. She, like the other instructors, are passionate about what they do and really care about their clients. I also love that they are a local, women owned business. Lynette has helped me with my chronic pain and knows what days to push me and what days to give my body a break. I am 53 and can honestly say in the year I have been working with her that when I am on vacation or can’t meet due to work, my body knows and my chronic pain goes through the roof. My body loves how Pilates makes it feel. My advice if you’re on the fence? Do it. You’re worth it.

Love this studio! I work with Lynette & have worked with Courtney as well. Excellent instructors who carefully watch my form while also being cognizant of any injuries I might have. As Lynette knows, I love being pushed but always making sure form is perfect. I highly recommend The Studio on Third!

This is a fantastic Pilates studio. Courtney and Lynnette are so knowledgeable on how our bodies are aligned and they can relate to stubborn runners who are allergic to stretching! They develop solutions specific to each new area that needs to be worked. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love going to Courtney‘s Advanced Pilates class! Literally one of the highlights of my week. Not only is it a good workout but it really helps me to slow down and breathe while focusing on my core and other muscle groups.
