The owner has been absolutely a nightmare to work with! Won’t honor certificates, has never answered a phone call me or others have called and left messages and never a response back! We tried contacting the owners back in feburary and they messaged back saying that they hadnt made a summer schedule yet. I explained we had a certificate and would need a thursday, friday, saturday, or sunday lesson as were driving two hours away from home to come to this place and the only summer session that was available was the Saturday one so we signed up for it and now she says we cant use the certificate. Additionally she’s now not even letting us pay for the lessons with an instructor. The owner is okay with wasting little girls moneys and not doing anything about it. My daughter loved the coach she had for one lesson and we were going to pay out of pocket for her to have some more lessons in which the coach said absolutely would love to work with you guys and the next message we got back from the coach was sorry I can’t give lessons anymore with you guys. I have plenty of message proof if anybody wants to see or hear more about this “business” but 100% wouldn’t recommend their service to my worst enemy! So disappointing they’re teaching youth but act like this!
