My son and I were passing through ottumwa for the in laws. Tried this gym out and it reminded me of Venice Beach and the days of Arnold. Great quality equipment. Old school power lifting gym, welcoming environment. Basically it's the best damn gym in southeast Iowa. Looking at the weights these guys throw around they know what they are doing. Will come back again.

Best gym I've found in Ottumwa. Great facilities, friendly owner, helpful but driven culture. Open 24/7 so I can get to it right before or after work. Honestly love it here!
