I signed up with this gym before it was even open and I love it! It's clean, has a full variety of fitness equipment, is accessible 24 hours, and the staff is super friendly and helpful (thank you, Kila!). I also appreciate that I can gain access to the gym with my phone and don't need a card or key fob. Well worth the money!

I signed up for this gym about 2 years back after fulfilling my 1 year contract i sustained an injury and even moved out of the 40 mile range and they decided to sign a new contract without me and did not want to cancel me even though I couldnβt walk so could go to the gym and lived to far from the gym
I travel for work so let me tell you find something else itβs not worth it , unacceptable experience and Iβm never going back

I have went in the gym several times and called nearly every day trying to find out more information about membership. I am actually glad I couldn't reach anyone after reading the reviews. Sounds like they need new management.

My Mom and I went to check out the gym and see about joining. Kila was awesome showing us the machines she thought would work best with our restrictions and answering questions or giving advice when needed. I did join but due to insurance issues my Mom was unable to, we're hoping to get that fixed, but Kile was nice enough to give my Mom a free 2 week pass to help ease my anxiety and make it easier for me to get comfortable with it. Greatly appreciate everything she did and can't wait to get in there!

People be aware!!!! Worst ran βfitness gymβ period! I moved out of the 40 mile range (which on the contract stated that moving out of the range your membership can be canceled) but couldnβt cancel my membership. I flagged it on my bank account and they sent it to collections. I work for the government overseas and this kind of service is unacceptable.
Not knocking any other anytime fitness because I have been to so many great ones all over , but this one just isnβt cutting it.

The Anytime Fitness manager Kila Rattler, was absolutely amazing during my sign up process. She made my daughter and I feel very welcome and was excited to help me achieve my health goals. She reassured me that AF has plenty of options when it comes to equipment or even making your monthly membership payments. Would definitely recommend.

Even the open-ended contracts are impossible to cancel. No matter what the circumstances, Anytime Fitness WILL get their additional 30 days of fees. And don't forget the equipment fees. What do the dues pay again, if not equipment maintenance? You will feel like a trapped fool!!

After a major back injury and 2 surgeries later, Anytime is unwilling to cancel my membership. Apparently a note from my neurosurgeon stating a workout regimen will not be possible for potentially up to a year is not grounds for cancellation.. I am VERY disappointed in the customer experience. The gym is great, but after this experience I would not recommend Anytime Fitness to anyone. If you want to be treated like a human and not just future cash flow, I recommend one of the many other gym options in town.

They ripped us off. This picture is of a Dr. Note that should've opted me out of the contract, but didn't. Due to other medical issues it wasn't caught and they kept deducting monthly fees for about a full year. So over $500 was taken from us, and the excuse we keep hearing from them is they are tracking down notes, and the last gm manager did this to many. So many people in my shoes had the same problem.
Feel free to contact me if you've been ripped off as well. The more that come forward, the better the chances of getting my money back.

I have been to a lot of Anytime Fitness center's around the surrounding states. I would have to say that this location is the best! Jennifer is very awesome, the equipment is top notch, and everything is spotless!!
