This is only the second gym I've ever been to in my fitness journey and might I say it feels like home. The people here are amazing to be around. The staff is wonderful, and the vibes are immaculate.

The gym itself is not huge, but it has almost everything you need. The only thing I wish it had is a hack squat machine, but who needs leg day anyways. For there only being two staff members the gym stays very tidy, clean, and organized.

The personal trainer Karlie, is one of the best around from what I've heard. She's very hard working and inspiring to be around. Her squat max has to be insane, cause she has the biggest quads I've ever seen on a human being.

All in all very good gym, would recommend.

Good gym. Wish it was bigger but I get what I need done here. Equipment is nice and I have only seen 1 treadmill that was unusable and it was fixed in a timely manner. Staff is friendly. I wish other members knew gym etiquette but that's not on AF...

love, love, LOVE this gym!! The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! They have an open door policy M-F and go out of their way to notice you and honestly get to know their members to boot!! Robin is an especially great asset to this company as I see her going ABOVE and BEYOND what I'm sure are not her regular duties as a gym manager!! She is not afraid to lead by example (I'm talking she cleans dirty bathrooms in-between regular maintenence here, people!!) Wow!! All just because she has pride in her workplace, loves to be here, and wants her members to love it too!!❤️

Awful service. This place does not care about you. Takes multiple emails and calls for someone to reply. I am trying to cancel my membership and was given contact to cancel. I was still charged that week even after they knew I was canceling. I know they didn't have to charge me for that as they were able to hold payments for a few months.

Please do not join this gym unless you want to jump through hoops trying to cancel a membership when the time comes.

I medically could not go to the physical location to cancel, they didn't care (Robin or whatever her name is).

When I could finally make it, all I had to do was fill out a digital form on an iPad saying I wanted to cancel as if computers don't exist outside of their gym.

Immediately she goes into talking about saving options for the membership after I've already explained my medical and financial situation.

Joke of a location. I'd give 0 stars if possible. 1 star is too much praise..

I have really enjoyed this gym so far. I switched from a larger health club chain because of cost and distance from my house, and I have loved my decision thus far. It has pretty much everything you need from a free weight perspective, with a selection of isolation and cardio machines. It also offers 24/7 access. I will mention, if you’re interested to contact this location through their posted office hours instead of the main website for questions.

I usually go 730-930am and it's usually slow enough to use any equipment I want. The only issue I've had is wait time for treadmills- but there are 6 now!
I'm a casual gym user and use the gym for overall health post night-shift and never feel judged for not fitting the typical gym go-er type.
Clean atmosphere with cleaning wipes that everyone seems to be great with after using equipment.
TVs with subtitles on and upbeat music to help pace your workout if you don't bring your own headphones.
Personal training for a small fee to help you get a targeted workout for what you want- fat burning, core strength, or just overall health and toning.

Do NOT go to this gym unless you are willing to be stuck in a contract. Because once you are in this contract it is basically impossible to get out of. I only went here because I was around this area at the time. But then I never was and was at my home 40 minutes away and I never would go. They still charged me every month until my card was changed and I tried to cancel my membership multiple times but they said “I still have a contract until 2023” even though I’m 40 minutes away and I don’t want to go there anymore. Then they will try and make you pay ridiculous fees just to “cancel”. They keep harassing me through texts, emails, and voicemails all the time saying I’m going to lose gym access and they will send me to collections and I need to catch up on payments. No gym should be this hard to get out of if you don’t want to go and you shouldn’t be harassed it’s a horrible contract do not do it. It’s not even a good gym they have mlm ads everywhere and will always text you trying to make you do personal training. Wish I could give zero stars.

there is this old blonde lady who is so mean when you are trying out the gym for the first time. the free pass said free 7 day trial and so i went on my 2nd day and she got so mad at me and yelled at me that the 2nd day is free if i sign up for a membership -- what kind of membership/free pass is that!? it clearly stated in the email: "Thank you for signing up for a free, no obligation, 7-day trial at Anytime Fitness." i think her name was rachelle, whoever she is, she made me happy to not waste my money at this gym. stubborn, ignorant, and just hideous person.

Management attempted to bribe me by forcing me to remove my google review in exchange for lowering my buyout fee.

Just like a lot of the reviews say, this club has no idea what they are doing with your membership; they don’t handle anything but their third party contract company does.

I froze my membership, and when I came back to unfreeze it and pay an outstanding balance, they said I was all paid up. Fast forward about two weeks and I suddenly owed another $100.

They are so unorganized, not to mention they threaten to revoke your membership if you don’t wear a mask, but none of the staff wear a mask correctly; it’s always on their chin or doesn’t cover their nose or they don’t wear it at all.

Signed up for a two year commitment, and over a week now and only one text message tell me to set up a time for a person sixty mins training session. Nothing else. Can not even get into the gym. No one calls back nothing response. This is crazy. How do you cancel a membership when you can not even get a hold of anyone.

I was in a jam and needed a gym for a brief period and Amy was very easy to work with and we got everything sorted with no pressure. The equipment was clean and the amenities were great. I would highly recommend this gym from casual exercise up to powerlifting or cross training!

I cancelled my account via the form they had sent me in 2019. Fast forward to today, I got a notice on my credit report that my account went to collections But 18 months later is just now posting to my credit report. They sent me the form to cancel and I sent it back! I lived 30 seconds away from this gym at the time and would have no reason to not properly cancel my membership. I was aware how to cancel and did so when I moved out of the city.

Edit: and I just found a copy I made of the form because I Keep track of everything! I had printed it off because it needed to be mailed in. Printed it off from them sending it to me, filled it out and mailed it in.

- three times the price of other gyms
- constantly full of mlm ads everytime I came in
- no towels, only 2 showers
- extremely small, never get the equipment you want cause it's taken/full.

I wanted out of my contract desperately and told them, they said once 2 year was up I wouldn't have to pay ... but after my contract was up quietly without letting me know continue charging you unless you go there in person and pay an additional month. And I haven't been inside in over a year. This place is a mess.

Worst customer experience of my life. I wouldn't trust the staffs word because they go off of the contracts, so if they promise something to you make sure its in the contract. Also personal training was not worth the money or my time, I sprained my ankle a couple of times working with Keaton Cofield. If you sign up for personal training do not listen to them if they say its included with the gym membership because its not. As an army veteran I personally will never come here again.

I'm not a fan have asking for any kind of pointers of fitness nor dare to ask anything of any employees in any industry due to terrible customer service. All I asked was for help, and I knew that the employee there would never help me. And I've worked and needed help before so I'm forced to ask for help, like any experience I've had, no one wanted to help. At first they seem engaging and into what you want, my first impression was wow they are into their customers, their engaging and helpful, now with the current employee who doesn't engage in anything at all. Once I'm done with this gym, I'm just going to try out another gym. This place is horrible.

Everything is great about this gym. A minute from my house, owners are perfect, clean machines, clean environment, no need to wait for machine or dumbells to work on, not crowded. And its "anytime" fitness, so with the key that you have, you can go "anytime." Definitly giving this gym a 5-stars rate.

The owners are amazing people and work with people of all shapes and sizes. Jered is a kind gentlemen and always treats his customers with sincerity. His staff are also very welcoming and always take time to ask how my wife and I are doing. And overall they do their best to keep the gym updated and are always finding ways to improve.
