Unprofessional staff and unclean facilities. Astounded at the degrading lack of leadership and dehumanizing activity going on at this facility. This place needs a change in the drunken abusive staff. Horrible experiencing the mistreatment that faculty puts on members and visitors alike, it’s bullying at its finest and disgraceful.

The men's bathroom door doesn't close and is in disrepair. When notified, it was brushed off. I believe the MOST important thing an establishment should have is good customer service. Unfortunately , this place has staff that are very rude, to the point of being hurtful.

Went with my family to go swimming after we had got out we were wanting to change so we wouldn't ruin our leather seats as anyone would have done and went to the restrooms to do so. The door was not working so I asked if we could use the indoor restroom and was met with a disrespectful response saying it's a men's bathroom and I shouldn't care as if I should just be okay with people walking in on me or my kid changing. I'd tried to better explain the situation thinking there was a misunderstanding and was told the same in a disrespectful manner the staff member also got some of the drunk members at the bar to chime in and tell me it's a "mens bathroom" and mocking me for wanting privacy. Won't be bringing my family back again and will not be renewing my membership. The staff member said her name was Jennifer Robinson.

For a full 18 hole course with some really good holes you should give it a try. Open to the Public with Green Fee and Carts available. Greens are in Very good Shape and Fairways are well maintained. Memberships are available for the Whole Family with work out Gym and in summer months POOL! For the price, 44$ a month for everyone in the Family to Play unlimited Golf and 24 Hr Gym plus a Great Bar in the 19th hole. Great Life Ark City is the best entertainment deal around for my money.

This course is greatly improved since the new superintendent arrived. 5 of the greens were in pretty bad shape but are now really pretty nice.
Congrats to the board members and grounds workers for achieving these improvements.
The clubhouse staff is friendly and does an outstanding job as there usually only one person there.
