We love CGA and all the coaches. We started in day time homeschool classes and are now on the competitive teams. Both my girls (7&5) have grown SO much over the last year being enrolled here. Everyone is so nice and polite, willing to help each and every child learn and excel. I cannot recommend this gym enough, your children will love it!

The owner was sweet and wonderful, and the building awesome!. My daughter made a friend there… and my son likes the ninja classes but the male teacher we had isn’t there anymore. However, there are many young teenagers working as coaches. The teenagers are not well trained, they do not keep an eye on what is going on around them. I saw two 7/8 year old children attempt a backhand spring without observation, (one of the children being mine) this was my daughters very first attempt, and she attempted alone, they weren’t sure where to go in the unorganized obstacle course so they decided to do their own. Both of them hit their head. I watched my daughter closely through that window after that and felt uncomfortable to even look away. The teenagers have “favorites” the ones that are excelling at a more rapid place or have been in the class longer seem to be the ones that get all the high fives and hugs. Unless someone take private classes or knows someone that works there, I would not attend this place again. My daughter felt uncomfortable and we found aspire to be more up to speed. I’m sorry for the review. I usually do not write them. I needed to get this off my chest.

Party review:
We had the best time celebrating our preschoolers birthday! The CGA team was very hands on, offering as much or as little help needed. The party space was cleaned between parties, and was spacious enough for 16 kids and 30+ adults to fit comfortably. CGA staff ensured the stayed safe with the higher energy equipment pieces in the gym, which is always appreciated! All of the kids had a wonderful time, and we are so thankful for the stress free experience!

Awesome place & group of people! My daughter has been going since she was in preschool & loves the coaches & the friends she's made over the years. She's shy & doesn't like the spotlight so it was a surprise when she wanted to join the competitive team. The encouragement the coaches have given her, even on her bad days when she's full of tears, has been beautiful. They've given her confidence & poise she otherwise wouldn't have. She loves it so much she wants to become a coach when she grows up & own a gym of her own!

We LOVE CGA and all the coaching staff. CGA coaches go above and beyond to help athletes grow both in and outside the gym. I love how much they have helped my daughter grow over the past year. My daughter also enjoys all the camps and clinics that CGA offers throughout the year!

We have been attending CGA since 2012 when our oldest daughter attended at their old location and when they were known as Cage Gymnastics. Since then we’ve had three more children attend. I’ve continued to recommend them to anyone that asks. Their system runs smoothly from registration for classes, clinics and open gyms to their staff and their knowledge of gymnastics.

also so excited that we got to host a meet in our gym this year ! ! we travel for most meets so it was nice to be at our home gym and the set up was perfect ( and not overly crowded )

We rented the facility for 1.5 hours to celebrate my 5 year olds birthday. The party before us went a little longer so we had to wait to set up our decorations in the party room but the staff was so helpful and we realize how easily it is for parties to take longer than you expect! My daughter had a balloon come off the string right outside and one of the staff members diligently tried to get it for her but unfortunately the wind took it away!

We did an open gym party with no structured activities since there was such an age gap in guests. ALL of the kids played hard and had a great time! The staff was respectful and helpful when the kids needed assistance in the gym area.

It was a fantastic party and at the end when we were cleaning up the staff was helpful and willing to help carry items to our vehicle. They also apologized again for not being able to let us into the party room on time which I find very professional! We will definitely consider having a party here again!

I am pretty pleased with this place. The instructors that I have spoken with are very pleasant and accommodating. My granddaughters cannot wait to go to class every week. (The 3yr old has to give a mini class demo everytime she comes home and we all have to participate.)

I love doing gymnastics at cage. All off the teachers don't let go when we need help. I hear they do great training for Rio Olympics. My favorite teachers are Ms. Maggie, Ms. Courteney and Ms. Melia. I totally am not saying cage is a bad place. (Because it's the best) but there is 1 teacher Ms. Taylor she is really mean but Melia is the best. If your looking for a gymnastics pick cage in topeka.
BTW there pit is amazing and they have 3 sets of uneven bars. 1#cage

They have a lot of different equipment, they have knowledgeable staff, they offer a lot of extra services, and they communicate well with their customers. My only knock on the place is that they don't seem to clean it very often.
