My family has really enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere here. The coaches and classes can be attended and enjoyed by anyone, and despite extremely fit people at the gym, there isn't an "overly competitive atmosphere", just lots of people having fun and stay healthy.

My husband and I have been members of CrossFit on track for almost a year. The trainers are knowledgeable, attentive, and work with all skill levels. The community is amazing and supportive. I would recommend CrossFit on track to anyone no matter your fitness level. My daughter also attends the CrossFit kids and loves it!

I started at Crossfit on Track a little over a month ago and I'm blown away by the quality of the coaching and the positivity and support of the community. In the short time I have been a member I have improved drastically and honestly cannot share all of the positive experiences and interactions that this community has to offer. The gym is well kept and the owners really go that extra mile to ensure that new members feel welcome and encouraged to reach their goals.If you're wanting to get fitter and have fun doing it, join! no matter where you are in your journey.

I've been a member for 3 years and this is the most consistent I've ever been at the gym. It's all thanks to the challenging yet fun workouts plus the community you find at On Track is unlike any other! The coaches are very knowledgeable & encouraging. I’m a frequent drop in at CrossFit On Track whenever I’m in town to visit family. This gym feels like home away from home! Brian and his team of coaches are attentive to each athlete’s needs, not to mention the community of people here are extremely welcoming. I love getting the chance to learn from the team of coaches at On Track and love meeting the diverse community members. Every time I drop in, I’m guaranteed a good workout and great company!

CrossFit On Track is a welcoming place no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I have been going multiple times a week for 6 months now. When I started I was very overweight but in that 6 months I have lost 30 pounds, and have done it safely. The trainers care about you as a person, and they help you every step of the way. I have no prior weightlifting experience and they took the time to show me how to do the movements correctly. They aren’t like other gyms who want you to lift heavier and heavier. They want you to get healthy and fit and the best way to do that is to get better each and every day. The other members of the gym have been very welcoming and everyone is super helpful when you have questions. I enjoy going and love seeing the results!! I can’t recommend CrossFit On Track enough.

12 years I’ve been doing CrossFit. I’ve been a member of several gyms and worked out at many while traveling. Out of all of those CrossFit On Track stands out. The level of training far exceeds anywhere I have been. At the same time nothing programmed is beyond anyone’s level of fitness. From beginner to competition level, this gym fully supports and grows all of it members. The quality and experience of the coaching staff is immense. Lastly the members are inclusive and supportive. I’ve been to many gyms where people do say hi, don’t include new members, have their old school click. Not On Track. From day one I’ve felt welcomed and included. Everyone who walks in the door is immediately part of the family, no matter if they stay a day, a month, or a decade.

I walked into this place almost 3 years ago with only a decent squat and deadlift. Not gymnastics or CrossFit background of any kind! I wanted something different though, something that would push me physically and mentally, and a community that would support my journey! I found that and then some at CrossFit on Track. No matter what level, you have the ability to improve and succeed beyond anything you could ever imagine! The coaching is next level and the community is like my family now. I recommend CrossFit on Track to anyone who is new to CrossFit or has been in CrossFit for years but wants more. Because “more” is exactly what Brian gives you, and it’s what hooked me from day 1.

I was a member here from October of 2019 until February of 2020. I left because on more than one occasion the gym dog (Bishop) charged me bearing his teeth. The owner Brian is a good guy but the German Shepherd running at me was a deal breaker. If you own a dog that has a propensity for charging at patrons it’s probably a good idea to put them away during business hours.

I started almost 2 months ago and attend the 5:30am class. I'm not a morning person by any means but look forward to working out every morning. There is a great group of people that are very welcoming and encouraging. The coaching staff is very helpful and encouraging. I would recommend Crossfit On Track to anyone that wants to better themselves and wants coaches and people who cheer them on.

We started here in early December of last year and have been incredibly impressed so far. Even though the classes are group classes, the amount of attention and modifications to individual abilities makes it almost like personal training. There is a wide variety of ages and athletic abilities in each class, but the supportive and challenging atmosphere created by the trainers/members makes that a benefit.
