I am absolutely so happy with my results from the 6 week challenge with Dennis. I have always worked out and fairly knowledgeable with nutrition and lifting, but the 6 weeks really made me dive deep into what I need, what was important for my body and helped me get out of my comfort zone in a good way. It helped me gain better insight with food. It helped me gain better insight with lifting and how to fuel my body appropriately. It helped give me the tools to make this a life long view of health. Iβve seen not only significant physical changes, but also changes in my mindset. I am so grateful! I canβt wait to continue with some personal training and more challenges to come! Highly recommend for anyone. Itβs a great starting point for those who are new to the whole process but also a great challenge and a great reset for those who are in the fitness field already. Thanks Dennis for all you do and your guidance!

Great gym that will give you the personal attention you need without the cost of personal training. They have coaches that can help you with anything fitness related: Crossfit, powerlifting, sports performance, kid's programs, etc. I have been doing Crossfit there for several months now and have no complaints (except during the middle of the workouts). They are great for beginners all the way up to seasoned athletes who just need a place to lift.

Had an opportunity to meet some of the people that workout at Train Athletic. It's nice to be in a group where they take lifting seriously, but also value having a close community. The gym is perfect for anyone who wants to start lifting heavier and having ALL the tools you may ever need. The coaches at this gym are incredibly knowledgable and always have your best interests in mind. Shoutout to Coach Liz and Brandi for being so welcoming into their community!
