This place is fantastic! Gabriella was so helpful and kind. I'm in town just for a few days with family for Thanksgiving and she got me set up with a 3 day pass and made sure I knew where everything is. They have trainers who can help sort out machines that Im unfamiliar with and my pass even includes any classes I want to take!

Not to mention the steam room and sauna (which is what we all really want, right?)

This is exactly what I needed to stay on my routine while traveling. 100/10

Overall I do like the gym, but it is not accessibility friendly, which can be a deterrent to committing to a membership. The elevator has been down for over a week, the stair railing nearest the wall is wobbly, and there are no automated doors or related aids. I see plenty of members who go to this gym that would benefit from accessibility improvements. I hope that these are considerations the gym would make.

Front desk people usually are not very helpful since they are always confused about the programs they offer or fees they charge. Waiting area has broken table tennis sitting on the floor which has been there for a month now and is hazard. TVs do not have remote controls as well in waiting area and staff is not willing to do anything about it

Unprofessional gym. Requires 30 says notice, but is not prorated at all— had to pay 2 months of extra access. Bathroom smells like piss. Tennis courts have no heating or cooling and are extremely expensive for what they are.

Hot tub and sauna are always broken year round. One or the other or at the same time. Currently the sauna has been down for days and the hot tub smells disgusting like dirty sweat and body odor. Not sure why they charge us the extra $40 a year for maintenance when they aren’t fixing anything. The spa is the only reason I go there… there are way better gyms but they don’t have saunas or I’d be switching today. This is starting to become false advertisement. Your sauna, hot tub, and other equipment are constantly broken and/or slimed dirty and green. You realize most people come for those entities right? Who actually runs this dump? Apparently nobody. If I could leave 0 stars I would

I’ve loved this gym for a long time, but it’s been frustrating lately. The dry sauna is down again, the wet sauna has been out of service for months, and now the hot tub is also closed. It’s really disappointing, as these amenities were a big part of why I joined. *Update the Pool is also down.

I love Genesis. I lift weights and the machines work 90% of the time. Yoga and cycling classes are the best, and I enjoy running on the track. My recommendation is to cut the front desk and maintenance associates some slack- they take pride in the jobs they do, even when I come across machines that are out of order on a daily basis.

Been coming here for years and something is always broken. Today the hot tub, pool, dry sauna and steam rooms are down. Two cable machines are broken and one has been broken for over a month. A hip sled is now broken. Months ago two benches were broken and instead of replacing them they got rid of them. The bathrooms are always dirty and maybe cleaned once a week. We will be looking at switching to wild cat

Let me start by saying there are many great.young people who work at this gym who are.kind and pleasant. I have been coming here since March 2022.

It is 9:16pm on a Friday night. Apparently, the gym closes at 9. Noone came into the locker room to notify me that they were closing until 9pm as i stood there doing my hair like i always do. I said "no problem give me a few minutes". The young lady responded "you're fine" and then the lights were turned out from the front desk. I asked her to turn them back on so i could get my stuff out of the locker. She said she would go tell the front desk.

Unfortinately, the young man at the front, Shawn Caldwell (or something similar) stood there and insisted I should have known, and they were supposed to just turn off the lights and lock the door at 9pm. Not only did he put his coworker in an uncomfortable position (blonde young woman who told me was not rude at all) but having the lights off.in the locker room is a hazard as half the lockers are left open!

I get that it's closing time, and I have no issue with leaving before closing time. I even joked with the young lady that it is great they get off Friday and Saturday early. I simple didn't know.
There was no loudspeaker annoucement (turns out it's broken according to the ever-charming Shawn).

There were also two young ladies showering who needed to get their things from the pitch black lockers.
The longer I fumbled around in the dark collecting my keys, wallet and clothes, the more frustrated I became. I do not expect top notch customer service from these young people, i know it is noone's dream job to clean up after sweaty people, but i do expect the lights to be on while I grab my stuff.

When I got to the front and told them to turn the lights back on for the two young ladies still in the locker room, they refused. The other young lady at the front desk just muttered like the recalcitrant child she is that I should have known the gym hours by heart. I simply wasn't comcerned because I thought it was open 24 hours!.

Unfortunately customers here deal with a revolving door of staff, constant website issues, disgusting showers and pool, everchanging class schedules, and I personally have caught a mouse and a bird while attending exercise class. Though, I admit, I enjoyed the rescuing animals part!

Funny how I thought paying my $80 bucks a month and trying to treat everyone with respect would translate into being treated with a hint of decency in return.
I come here to work out and have time away from work and mom life. I don't expect to be treated like a queen, just like a paying customer.

I’m very disappointed with Genesis Gym due to unauthorized charges to my account. I was billed for services I never used or agreed to, and when I tried to resolve the issue with staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive. I’ve contacted them multiple times, but no one has taken responsibility or offered a proper solution. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this gym to anyone and I hope someone could contact me to fix the charges ($156 is way too much)

I was leery to join b/c of all the negative reviews - but after grilling the staff, other members and my own observation, I found nothing credible on all the accusations of rude staff, unclean facility and the inability to cancel the membership. I think this is a wonderful gym with plenty of equipment (admittedly some of the machines could be updated, but they work). The staff is very helpful and friendly, kids club is available and my kiddo loves going, reasonable swim lesson prices and I've never gone and felt it was frustratingly overcrowded. I'm glad I signed up my entire family!

This Genesis location is disgusting. Every time i’ve been here, the bathrooms and locker rooms look like they haven't been even wiped down in weeks; mirrors, toilets or the floors. The sauna floor and seats are covered in slime and hair. Outside of the locker rooms, the machines are not regularly cleaned and the carpet always looks dirty with trash strewn everywhere. The front staff always seem overwhelmed. The last time I mentioned something, I was told they were “between cleaning crews” and there was no manager on staff at the time… its been months and nothing has changed.

I was in town for just a month and wanted to keep playing tennis and fit in a few exercise classes. This was perfect. The manager, Johnny, helped me figure out the best option for membership and the tennis crew, Ines, Sergio and Robert, helped me plan my tennis schedule and I was off and running. Diana, the fitness instructor helped me fit in aerobics classes and I had an excellent month of fun and fitness. My grandson loved the Kids Carnival on a day off school too. The facility was very clean, towels always available, and staff everywhere if I had questions. If I were local, I would join. There was so much I didn't even use, even though I really wanted to try the cool smoothie bar! There were many icy days there and the parking lots were always cleared and salted. Great job.

Canceling our membership now. This was our 5th time (and last straw) bringing in our kids just to tell us their kids club is closed when on their website, normal hours are posted. We're even on the kids club remind app where they send updates and no one posted that they were closed today. So we lost out on a workout 🤦‍♀️ we joined this gym because of the childcare they offer. 3 times, they didn't have enough workers, so we got turned away. The other 2 times, they were closed and no one said anything, even after we called to confirm. We have to drive 20+ minutes to get to this gym just to go back home. Gas is wasted and time is wasted. It sucks because the women who do work in the childcare section are nice but, this just sucks 😕

I have been going to this gym for about 5 months and love it. The girls in the daycare are great and my kids really enjoy themselves. I have one currently potty training and they are fantastic about it and keeping it going while in there. One of the girls at the front desk makes the best protein shakes and I enjoy talking to her. Several of the equipment have had an out of order sign on them but are typically fixed within a week maybe 2 tops. Locker rooms are always picked up and clean. I have made several friends here and they have lots of workout classes to join.

This place has really gone downhill. Machines stay broken for extended periods of time, it’s dirty/dusty, and towels are left all over by other people but never cleaned up. I would reconsider this gym if you are interested in using their hot tub and pool. They don’t mention when you sign the contract that during the week they rent out the pool to the high school swim club which takes up over half the lanes. That wouldn’t be much of an issue if they didn’t stay well past the supposed end time and take over the entire hot tub well after their practice time supposedly ends. The older kids are extremely loud and some of the coaches and parents treat it like their social hour and stay past the time as well talking around the pool making it hard to navigate around or enjoy your time there. This gym doesn’t even mention any of that nor adjust the monthly rate due to the pool basically not being easily accessible for members with the swim team just acting like they own the place. Management should be more mindful of how they allow the teams they rent the pool to behave as well as mentioning it when they give the tours because they definitely didn’t even hint that the pool would be overrun by high school kids who think it’s their private hot tub. I will be forwarding these complaints up the chain so this locations lack of transparency and misleading tactics to omit this when they are trying to get you to sign up is addressed. I understand why, this is a huge inconvenience and the current management doesn’t appear to have any rules enforced for these swim clubs. I’m also curious what the regulations for allowing that many kids in a hot tub at once is, I can’t imagine they are insured for 20 plus kids overrunning a hot tub.

The only, only thing I loved was the cycling classes. The people at the desk are rude and talk to each other while you wait. Being in the military they told me my orders could get me out of my contract. when I went to leave they charged me another $80 for the next month because I didn't give a 30 day notice. I wasn't even going to be in Kansas next month. I was never told about a 30 day notice. The gym is over price and has bad representatives. I would never tell friend to go here. Do not even get me started on the personal trainer I had. I want my money back!

This gym needs a little more professionalism.

UPDATE: Again with the professionalism. I was standing at the front desk and watched an elderly man in a wheelchair trying to leave the gym. There were 3 gym workers present who watched as this man struggled to open the doors by himself. I dropped what I was doing and helped the man exit the double doors because this multi million dollar gym does not have a wheelchair button.

One of the last issue o want to talk about is the sanitation which is pretty good with exception to the dry sauna. It is clear that the sauna has not been wiped down or maintained well. The floor mats are a tripping hazard due to how work they are and this needs addressed.

UPDATE: 1/22/2024
NEW PICTURE ADDED
I was not surprised when I came to the gym to find that management had not cleaned the sidewalks to allow safe entry into the gym.
A narrow path was made which shows me that the least amount of effort was utilized.
Many of us pay nearly$ 100 to go here and have an annual maintenance fee so this is not something I should have to review.
Update February 2024 new management. Waiting to see the differences.

Update 6/29/2024
Gym has gotten a new manager.
Here is my most recent update.
Some of the AC units have been out for a few days (I’ve gotten this information from people who are familiar with the situation) so the gym has been a little warmer than usual. I am guessing indoors it’s about 80 degrees.

While this shouldn’t be a problem because working out in mild heat is beneficial it comes down to the amount of money this gym charges us to w/o with the additional yearly maintenance fee and equipment is routinely broken and replacement equipment is being waited on.

The second issue I would like to address since my last review (as requested by my wife) is that there have been several present and past occurrences of women bringing their male children into the women’s locker room. Over the course of one year she has spoken to three different managers about the issues. Some of you may be curious about why bringing your male children into the women’s locker room might be a problem. On multiple occasions these young male children have been VERY observant about the female body. She has gone so far as to talk to one parent about the discomfort and strongly encouraged the use of the family bathroom. Other women have discussed this issue in the presence of my wife and with my wife. In discussions with the new manager the response was “I’m not going to tell a mom that she cannot take her child into the bathroom with her. I mean my wife does it with our sons”. This response is a complete and utter reduction of a persons feelings and quite frankly their sense of safety. It runs in the same vein of “if everybody’s doing it then it’s okay”. Point-blank-period women should not be left to feel uncomfortable in a space that is made specifically for them. My wife has requested signs, emails, or some level of notification be presented to gym members to remind them of age cut offs. The newest manager states “I will review the policy to confirm the cutoff ages”. However, there need to be more actionable steps to address this issue. Our belief is that if this was happening the other way around, young female children in the male bathroom that this would be getting more attention.

If the gym is actually concerned about making its female members comfortable in their locker rooms, as a business analyst here is what I would suggest. 1. If kids are not needing to change or dress allow their parent to drop the kids off at the kids corner for short periods of time 20minutes of less. This would allow them time to change and grab whatever’s necessary for their workout. 2. Put up signs and remind members of the family bathroom. 3. Consider future redesign of unused spaces.

On a positive note, I want to mention that the manager, MODU, has gone to great lengths to address some of the issues I have brought to his attention and has even found me while working out to let me know he was on it.

Hot tub this evening 94 degrees been broken for over a month . Started with Gensis October last year . Hot tub illegally kept way to Hot 109 up to 114 all the way till middle january . Complained all the time , but didn't fix . Swimming not heated a not treated chemically as should be . Not until last month or so not kept safe . Steam room broken a lot , I understand the womans is broken almost all the time . No first hand knowledge on woman's stem room
Other issues in this new gym , but don't worry they will still take your money every month . They need to drop price otherwise don't do an annual contract with them . It's not worth it !

Genesis Junk Fees. I used this gym last summer - I live and work abroad and come home to see family in Kansas every June-August. Signing back up for an $80/month plan involved a $4 enrollment fee, a $40 processing fee, and they're gouging me an additional $7 per payment for using a card (because how else do people pay for gym memberships?? With cash??). The equipment and facilities are good, but for the price of the membership and all the fees, the climate control should be excellent - it was really hot and stuffy inside. And the men's locker room really wreaks - those carpets are old and musty, most certainly mold underneath them, and the stench is really stifling. Overall disappointing experience. Next summer when I come back, I'll find another gym that won't gouge me with add-on fees, has better customer service, actually runs the AC, and keeps clean locker rooms.

It's 330 18 June.... You have three employees at the front desk, two of whom have nothing better to than flirt and ignore everyone else, while the third employee juggles the desk, check ins, the cash register, and towels.

Could these two do more than absolutely nothing, other than ignoring customers, waiting on a towel or service?

Not my first time seeing these two doing nothing.

On top.of that, With the air conditioning out, the pool pump on the fritz, water chemistry out of balance, no lights in the sauna, and mold on the tile grout in the showers, seems you folks need to uo your game, pronto.

And that's just the main Men's room

Not likely you will take action, based on Google posted previous complaints.

This is an older story but I was thinking about y’all today and decided you'd deserved the bad press. Wouldn’t help me or cancel my fitness plan when I was injured so BADLY I had to relearn how to walk. Let me repeat that for the back. I LOST THE ABILITY TO WALK AND THEY ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT KEEPING MY MEMBERSHIP. I couldn’t even drive. Be careful about signing up. They can’t even consider losing the ability to walk as a valid reason to break the membership.

I’m not interested in anything being made right. I just want your other customers to be informed.

It’s a decent gym with a lot of different machines. The only bad experience I had called to cancel in January of 2024 and to confirm that my contract with this gym was canceled in February of 2024 both times I was told it was canceled. Now this is something reading on these reviews happens to a lot of people and should be investigated. I had $346.56 taken from me for the months that went past my contract. Now this gym is very nice I will give it that and they have some amazing staff but just be careful what you sign with them and make sure it is all in writing hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else

I’ve been a member at Genesis since the rebuild and i’ve always loved it. Yesterday I referred my best friend and we sat with Jonathon as he very patiently walked her through the process. He listened attentively, cared about locking her in with the best plan and made sure there was no hassle or hidden fees. His transparency and gentle aurora made it extremely pleasing for a new gym member to feel welcomed. He checked in with us often and made sure we were comfortable at best. Attitude from your female desk help today regarding getting towels at 110pm today as I came in
Very quick to admonish me openly.

Maybe leave out more than one large towel- so we don't have to reach over the counter?

This was just at about 110pm today.

Seems to be an ongoing problem with some staff during very early hours, and slow times, after lunch, and not emptying towels bins that are overflowing. Housekeeping is noticeably poor during late hours and early a.m.

I did not review prior to membership... huge number of one-star 🌟 reviews.
Wish I had.

What is the problem with this establishment.

Seems to be a lot of unhappy customers regarding ability to cancel memberships that fail to live up to reasonable expectations. And that's only addressing one of many issues

I expected a great business model from a beautifully designed facility.

Looks like I was wrong, along with many others after we took the bait

The parking lot is a disgrace since it snowed. Minimal care. Heavy ice everywhere.

Plowing was at best minimal- and ice melt for the roads? Seems that your older clients are being set up for a hip fracture-- and maybe you will face a lawsuit down the road?

That's cavalier attitude.

When I got there at the scheduled time, he simply was not there and the tennis instructor could not talk to me because she was busy with classes. So I wasted my time again. This is totally unfair when i did exactly as instructed, and to bother someone for over a year and threatn credit reporting, OVER 1 Mo DUES!!!!!!! This is the secondary market, charging people past the services rendered. Is clear i never came back, was clearly a temp monthly membership. They will wreck ur credit for a single mo, when it was their bad instruction. Stay away from this place,. and half the summer the hot tub and steam room was down, but I owe them $ lol. Gtfoh

Unfortunately, I had another really terrible experience today. The personal trainers are often so inconsiderate!!! I like to use the two-lane track for walking and often they stand right in the way with their clients-or they will be walking extremely slowly around the track and, in order to pass them, I will have to walk on the carpet or even on the basketball court-they just don’t care or show even the slightest consideration. Today, one of your personal trainers-Harrison Penney (I didn’t know his name, but checked the profiles on the wall) was very rude and extremely inconsiderate. He had his client even walking backwards sideways across the two-lane track-right in front of me. Then Penney himself actually got down and took up the entire width of the two-lane track doing push-ups (apparently, he was trying to show his client how to do a proper push-up). There was plenty of space on the carpeted area or the inside weightlifting area to do this. THERE WAS NO REASON WHATSOEVER FOR HIM TO BLOCK THE TRACK. I had to walk on the carpet to literally avoid stepping on him. Pathetic. Frankly, if he had even the slightest bit of common sense or basic consideration, he would have known not to do this.
PATHETIC!!! It’s bad enough that often the members themselves aren’t particularly considerate about not just walking right in front of me when I’m trying to use the track, but THAT YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES ARE JUST AS BAD. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!

I think they also use way too much chlorine in the swimming pool. My skin itches like crazy all the time. I used to swim all the time and NEVER had that problem.

Recently, the swimming pool’s heater was broken and the pool was really cold for several days. (I also just didn’t use it at all several other days. It was just way too cold.) Then they fixed it and guess what? About a week later, it wasn’t working again!!! And we’re still waiting for it to be at the right temperature. Then the swimming pool’s bathroom’s door had settled and you couldn’t close it for weeks. Now the door was removed altogether. Problem after problem after problem. My skin also always still itches from the excessive chlorine.
I avoided the gym the last several days because of the pool heater’s problem. Went swimming today even though it was quite cold.

I bought a membership when they opened because I wanted to swim in an indoor pool. I have been very disappointed in the several years I’ve been there. The pool is COLD always! i thought it would get better after a while since it was new. I know the swim team practices there but there can be a happy medium! I even bought a wet suit to wear in the pool to be warmer. Via Cristy does physical therapy there but people don’t schedule because it is so cold. I know because I finally asked the doctor for a Rx and moved to their physical therapy on Seth Child’s rather than go to Genisus. I feel like they need to get professionals to take care of the temp and levels to make it better for your average person, not just the swim team.

My gym is closed for a few days so I went online and filled out the form online for the free 3 day trial, called to confirm it and the guy said I’d just have to come in and they could help me. I go and they ask for my number and have me fill out the same form again with my address. Then another guy comes out and tells me they don’t do the 3 day trial because people were abusing it (totally understandable but advertise it on your website then?), he then informs me they have a $25 day pass. $25 for someone to workout for about an hour.

Absolutely awful experience, management was very rude, unwilling to explain simple process about my account (which is a corporate acct). When I asked to speak with manger over him, he flat out told me " that guys is meaner than I am". By far one of the worst experience/interactions that I have ever had with a manager of anything!

They gym is pretty nice, but dealing with them as a company is incredibly frustrating, They do not keep their word, they have lied about prices, about how freezing a membership works, about what amenities you actual have free access to verses up charges to use. Truly a frustrating company, if another gym in town works for your needs I highly recommend you choose whatever other gym it is.

Follow Up, after reading this review someone from Genesis contacted me and offered a free month to make up for the freezing issues. I appreciate that, truly, but wish they had treated me that way before I posted a public review.

Always a billing issue with this place. Tried to hold my account during pandemic but kept getting charged. Kept promising more free months for compensation but still charging me. Was finally told by manager (kara)it was fixed. Was supposed to let her know when I came back to the gym. I went back long ago. Somewhere along the line they canceled my account. Been stopping at the desk regularly for two months to get issue fixed. Someone just needs to put me back in the system and start charging me again. Now the new manager says he can’t put me back in system at same rate I had. So he offered to sign me up for huge increase in rate. I hung on at that old gym after the drywall was soaked in the storm/flood just to be grandfathered in to my rate at this new gym. If you are telling me I was canceled a year ago but nobody has stopped me from coming in, it should be obvious the problem is on your end. They canceled my account while I was supposed to be getting free time for compensation. Note the manager response below from a year ago. Yes, I edited that old review. You can see I have been going there regularly.
Manager couldn’t care less. Chronically broken billing system. Terrible customer service. They survive because of a constant influx of new people in town. Work out on post for free.

This is like mondo burger of gyms. The facility is nice but the machines are organized kind of wonky and for the price ($100+) I expect clean towels or paper towels available at all times -- anything adequate to wipe down the machines.and the Women’s lockeroom smells like feet. Positives : plenty of space between the 3 floors and kids club - the hours and the staff are awesome.

My personal trainer, Joe Wells, is a master of his trade. I’ve had 3 other personal trainers previously and Joe is far more knowledgeable, positive, and focused than any of them. His work with me has made my disabilities feel nearly non-existent as well as helped me shape my body into something beautiful. Other than that, the gym is pretty decent.

Love the gym, but had issues with whoever runs Financials. Was informed they no longer work there and they are trying to make things right with members whose accounts were altered. Will update my review when its fully resolved. So far they have been very honest with the issue and are working hard to fix it with the members it effected. Plan on renewing soon (daily pass has gone up in price)

They have terrible business ethics and practices. If you choose to leave this joke of an establishment watch your bank account. They charged me 4 months after the fact I left and gave written notice not to extend my contract and here I am 5 months later waiting for a reimbursement.

I have went back to this club multiple times to discuss the problems and resolve the situation. I had also provided multiple phone calls, emails, corporate phone calls, etc. To have my money reimbursed and yet they still clinch on like they are a Bank, holding my money. The management team is now offering to pay me through application, such as Venmo, cash app, PayPal etc. to make it right for the unethical practices that this club partakes in.

They only offered this to me because I had provided bank statements, as well as a copy of my written notice via email that I did not want to extend my membership. I have yet to receive any reimbursement, and I strongly advise any of you past, present and future members of this club be weary of just how this organization does not care about your overall health and well-being, they only care about what’s in your pocket.

I'm a member & work there in the janitorial side. Guided tour on visits. Members can have a guest occasionally to work out with. Great very well qualified friendly & thoughful managers & trainers,Very friendly staffing for the most part. Child care available, Front shake & smoothie bar, protein, energy, drinks & snacks, Many type of health drink mixes for workouts. We have a suana by pool are, steam rooms & showers in locker rooms, indoor pool & whirlpool, basketball & tennis court, running track, alot of cardio equipment, exercise machines,& free weights. 2 excersise studios with different cardio & yoga programs, a Zuma program but it's mainly in Spanish. No morning regular Aerobics with great rock or upbeat music in English right now. Music is building isn't widely diverse but plays alot of R&B, rap, and pop mall or store music. Very little Rock or country but, you can listen to your own music there via headsets on your smartphone. We have a Grandslam room for Birthday or other party's for rent that is all ran by the club. We are doing some upgrades & building improvements often. Place is kept cleaned constantly daily by us janitors & custodians. Also the club owner owns 3 apartments complex near by with competitive rent that are currently being recovered & upgraded. Alot of parking space out front. Oh yeah we have a great physical therapy place inside that's part of Via Christi with very helpful & knowledgeable physical therapists. Open 24hrs most the week. Special events as well on occasions. Competitive membership prices as well. Very diverse people here. We got people of all ages & walks of life here as well. Veteran friendly as well. Genesis is a great place to workout. I love the swimming area and the water exercise classes they offer. They do need a drainage system in the pool area so the concrete walkways can be cleaned without the dirty water running into the pool. It tends to get really murky. They also need better cleaning practices in the showers where the drains are. It would be to the company's advantage to have swimsuit spinner machines in the locker rooms because the carpeting gets so wet from the wet suits on the floors. This will cause mold and mildew eventually. Small things like this need to be fixed before it gets worse. The people that work there are very friendly and they offer many different ways to get exercise besides just exercise machines.

The only reason why I still have a membership is the pool but this is why my opinion is so low.

On the positive: their fitness classes are great!

For a multi-million dollar complex, and tons of members, there are only four squat racks and deadlift locations. Over half of the facility is a tennis court and a good workout takes three times as long because you have to wait and be aggressive with the machines. I hate talking to people while working out, so to communicate my workout to others defeats the purpose.

Additionally, their "free" fitness consultation seemed an insult to me: I am not obese. I was labeled as that because my body fat percentage is a little higher. I work out three times a day -- often at another gym.

Would love to give a 0 stars of this place. I have now had two bad experiences with them, I won’t be allowing myself to have a third.

Most recently, we had gone in and done an addendum to our contract that stated (in more than one spot) our last payment would be taken out on the 15th of Feb. We had a withdraw on the 15th of March. We went in to fix it and get a refund. We were told that the employee who drew up the addendum had no right to do so, and therefore she was not going to honor our addendum signed and dated by one of her employees.

The gym was always so busy and packed, often we pulled in to go and could only find a few parking spaces out at the very edge of the lot.

We spent $618.00 for a total amount of visits of 9-10 times.
