This place is amazing! I’m already reaping the benefits only 2 months in. The staff is so friendly and amazing, they really get to know you and truly care about your personal and health goals. If you’re a beginner in working out, like me, or advanced, this is the place for you. The workouts are guided and give you modified versions to help you build up to not needing the modification. Try this place out if you don’t know where to start, are intimidated going into a gym or have no idea what you’re doing. Or if you just want the infrared benefits. 10/10 recommend.

Actually today is 70 days I have been a member of HotWorx Wichita. Crystal and her team ROCK at either location they are both friendly and helpful. The workouts are great and also help you detoxify and recover while you workout. I have burned over 25k calories in those 70 days I’m down 15lbs, more flexible and definitely more energetic. It's nice because there's a 24-hour gym. They got really good cameras. They make me feel really safe and secure when I decide to go late after work. I love this place. I’m new to it and I have been at least 2-3 times a week. Infared Sauna is not what I expected. I love how much I sweat. The staff are super helpful with questions about the classes. It is accessible 24/7 once you join which is a huge plus for me! I can go when it’s convenient and not during gym hours. Hotworx is the bomb diggity! I fell in love with the crew and the services offered! In fact, so much so that I invited my Mom and Husband to try it once, and they now have memberships too!

I love the fact that you can do everything at your own pace. The workouts can be as intense or as modified as you want. I've never sweat so much in my life, and I feel incredible after every work out.

I tell every one I meet to give it a try at least once! And when I wear the Hotworx attire, I run into strangers that recognize it and they get so excited and tell me how much they love it too.

I have also purchased every single one of their products and have never been let down! Especially with their Hot Exercise Gel.
It helps with all of my aches and pains from getting old during my work outs, lol. Then I use their lemon scented towelettes after or even during. I love them so much, I asked to have extras special ordered.

I started Hotworx about a month ago. I have done many workouts consistently over the years but never truly enjoyed them. Been coming here for about a year now. I love the convenience of the quick workouts and privacy of the gym. Ashlee B is the best VI! I wish the saunas were a bit taller, as I am 6’5” and cycling/any of the iso classes can be hard. I have to make sure that I reserve an iso class by myself so that I can stretch corner to corner in order to fit. The shower room…. is also concerning. Very often do I end up having to do a sink bath because they shower is clogged and not draining properly. Having another shower room would also be beneficial as I find myself waiting at times. I would also love some disinfectant wipes in the bathrooms because some members are disrespectful and urinate everywhere… For the cost of this gym I just expect more. Make sure you book your sessions on the app or they send you texts scolding you. Edited to add: cancelling the membership is a nightmare. They are very unprofessional.

Absolutely love HotWorx! It has been a great complement to my high intensity interval training, and has been great for my inflammation issues. It has also helped immensely with my constant soreness, and has thus allowed me to work out more frequently! I sleep MUCH better after my HOTWORX sessions, and I find that my appetite is decreased. My joints are much happier thanks to the infrared saunas and the pre and post stretching, and the 24 hour availability leaves you with zero excuses! Hotworx is incredible!! The flexibility I have to work out when I want and to jump into whichever class I want at the last minute is so wonderful with my busy schedule. Works outs are so fantastic and I love the Hit classes which are great for the results looking for. Infrared Red lights are so good for me as well. Hotworx is such an inviting atmosphere, the staff is very attentive and supportive! The facility is always clean and my favorites are biking and yoga. It's the quickest way for me to burn lots of calories in a short period of time. I love it!!

While visiting Wichita I had the pleasure of working out a the most amazing gym . I also had the pleasure of meeting the Owner Crystal. What a great energetic person . She made me feel so comfortable . My experience was amazing I would highly recommend this gym . Especially with the situation going on in our world . Infrared is the way to go now ! Detox and working out 24hr who could ask for anything more . Oh wait the price is amazing !

I recently joined HotWorx and so far I LOVE it. The ladies I’ve worked with while signing up and learning have been so helpful! I love that you can be in your own if you want to be, and only have 2 other people in your workout with you max. As someone severely out of shape that is such a big factor for me, as having an “audience” deters me from going to a “normal” gym. After just 2 sessions I am feeling a difference in my mobility!
