Group workouts for WOMEN ONLY - designed with our "menopause phase" of life in mind - consist of 3 days of strength training, alternating with 3 days of HIIT training. Menopause symptoms can begin as early as mid 30s! Start training NOW for the next half of your life!
We work closely with members to offer modifications, when necessary, and monitor safe, proper form. Changing the mindset that strong bodies don't have to be "skinny."
Personal Training is also offered to address your specific training needs.

This gym is amazing because the trainer, Cari, is amazing. She brings so much knowledge, patience, motivation and problem solving to help every individual. I had not worked out in 18 years and was starting from the ground floor. She helps me gain strength, stamina and I feel like a knew person! She is still helping me continue to get stronger. Don't miss this great trainer....AMAZING!

Impact Fitness is an amazing example of how a gym should be. Cari and the other instructors are extremely knowledgeable on proper form and technique and ALWAYS take the time to help you learn the proper way to execute your motion(s). I have never felt as encouraged and empowered as I do when I am in class. I highly recommend checking Impact Fitness out!

I joined this gym to get a wider variety within my fitness regiment.....lifting, strength and some cardio. I am loving it and appreciate the time Cari takes to make sure you are not only lifting correctly, but her insight into strength and tone has been impactful! I started at Impact Fitness a couple weeks after it first opened, and I have loved it ever since! Cari, the owner, does a fantastic job of not only programming (M/W/F are strength training days and T/Th/Sat are Tabata days), but she also does an excellent job of demonstrating every move and giving tips/verbal cues to make sure you are completing all of your moves correctly. Group fitness classes that feel more like personal training!
