I absolutely love Alyssa’s hot Pilates class! She creates the perfect mix of challenge, encouragement, and instruction, so I always feel supported even when I’m working hard. The room is warm but never overwhelming, and she’s great at reminding us how to pace ourselves and breathe. I leave every session feeling stronger and accomplished. I love little apple Pilates, every instructor is so nice and welcoming whether you’re a beginner or have been going for years, everyone’s treated equally and they only want the best for you! I've been taking the KSU Reformer Circuit class with Vanessa for the last 8 weeks and I have to say I cannot recommend Vanessa enough as an instructor.
While I have thoroughly enjoyed the actual classes, Vanessa really is what makes the class so enjoyable. She is incredibly patient, encouraging, and empathetic to her students. Being in a fitness class with a teacher that leads with kindness really allows you to lead with kindness in your own body and personal fitness journey.

I took Hot Pilates with Alyssa at Little Apple Pilates Co and had a great experience. This is the first Pilates class that I have taken and I feel like it was a great class to enter the Pilates world with. I learned quite a bit about my body while working through this class, like how to put focus on certain muscles and other things along those lines. If you like to sweat, this is the perfect class for that. I would recommend this class to any and everyone. The instructors and owner are very welcoming and the space that is used for classes is so fun. Overall the environment is inviting and I think anyone would enjoy it.

I took Mat Pilates at 9 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Sydney.
What I Learned or Gained:
This class helped me build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. I learned how to better engage my core, improve my posture, and move with more control and intention. Sydney did an amazing job explaining each movement and making sure everyone felt comfortable, no matter their skill level. I also noticed a big improvement in my balance and overall mind-body connection throughout the semester.
Why I’d Recommend It:
I would recommend this class to anyone looking for a workout that’s both challenging and restorative. It’s perfect for all fitness levels and focuses on improving strength without high impact. Sydney creates a positive and encouraging environment that makes you actually look forward to showing up. It’s a great way to start the day feeling centered and strong!

I love this studio! I took the 9am mat class with Sydney, and she's so amazing! I did take this as a class through K-State, but since I loved it so much, I will definitely be looking into the unlimited mat class pass. I learned so many new things and really enjoyed the class. I would recommend this studio to anyone who is looking to get into pilates or wants to start a fitness journey. It was exactly what I was looking for to get me moving in the morning! In this class I learned how beneficial heated workouts are in enhancing your workout and how it helps to warm up your muscles. I also learned many new core exercises. I attended the reformer pilates class at Little Apple pilates which included the reformer, mat, and chair pilates during my class period. I learned so much from this class and each time we did a variety of things which was very beneficial and made it worth my time each class. It really gives you good fundamentals of pilates which will help you increase your understanding each time you take a class. I took the mat pilates class offered through K-State for 1 credit hour (Mon/Wed 9:00-10:00) with Caroline. Caroline always made sure to ask us if we wanted to work on anything specific and asked us how we were feeling before we started and overall made it really easy to follow along to get the most out of the experience. It was challenging, but at the end of it I felt refreshed and ready for the day. The highlight of my week, I would recommend to anyone who wants guided workouts leaving you feeling accomplished.

The experience was so incredible. You walk in and you feel immediately comfortable. They have a good amount of space for 2 to 3 classes to run out of time. You also walk in and feel comforted, not just by the area. But by the people, the lighting is very satisfying to watch and it also comforts your body so that you can get into a mode for the class, whichever class you’re taking. I would highly suggest this location and any instructor there. I learned a lot about balance and centering my body. I took hot yoga at little apple Pilates. I gained a better understanding of core strength as well as a found intro to yoga poses. I have a bad back, so this class made me feel more loose and ready to take on any activity.

I took aerial hammocks in 2021 and really enjoyed it, but then this January I enrolled in lyra which wasn't my favorite BUT I was introduced to silks during this class and I love it! Silks has helped me learn more about what I am capable of and gain strength in a creative and fun way! I also enrolled in Little Apple Pilates reformer pilates and mat pilates classes which were also very enjoyable, especially reformer. I love the variety of classes that are offered and all of the instructors are amazing!

After nearly losing my life to an autoimmune disease and have a battle for health since, working out until recently has been something I was not medically cleared for. Starting my fitness journal at Little Apple Pilates Co was an amazing decision. Hilary, the owner has been so supportive of me when I reached out to her about my health wondering if they could accomodate me, every single instructor I told was super proud that I was there and paid extra attention to help me figure out the proper form. I appreciate that they treated me like a curious and welcome beginner and not a fish out of water. After attending classes for a few weeks, I found myself feeling stronger and more confident and the workouts were starting to feel easier. This class gave me hope that I will one day have back the muscle mass I lost, and I will forever be grateful to this place for giving me hope at a stronger life.

Rachel, Vanessa, and Sarah Matt are incredible instructors who bring so much energy, knowledge, and positivity to every class. I took mat pilates and reformer with Rachel. I loved the environment and the workout too! They have great equipment and we were able to fit a lot of people comfortably in the class. I take the Hot Yoga class through Kansas State on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. I have throughly enjoyed this class and I really enjoy the woman who teaches it. I am a runner, so this class has helped my body with flexibility and strength. Stability is a big factor that plays into yoga physically and mentally. It’s important to be mindful and know your limits in yoga as well. This class is often a workout and it will burn your muscles. Overall, this class has helped me in all areas of my life and I am grateful I was able to take this class through my university.

I took an 8 a.m. K-State Pilates reformer circuit course taught by Sarah D. on Tuesdays/Thursdays. I loved taking this course across the 8-weeks that I did it for college credit. Taking this course was an affordable option for me as usually a Pilates class a few times a week can get pretty expensive without a membership. This class increased my strength as I have more definition in my abs and arms now. Sarah was a fun instructor and I loved the music she played too! I would recommend this class to any K-State Student looking for a fun extra credit hour! The only downside is they don't offer a circuit Pilates course outside of K-State and I would rather take that than a regular Pilates class!

I took the Pilates Mat class, and I have been able to learn a lot about how my body moves and functions. I have also been able to learn a lot about balance, specifically mental, emotional, and physical balance. The instructors are very understanding of life and really prioritize you as a person!

I've had nothing but a great experience at Little Apple Pilates!! I've taken both mat and reformer classes through K-state and plan to enroll in these classes again! I've learned a lot about posture and control and really enjoy the different workouts we do! If you're on the fence about trying pilates, go for it!! It's such a great way to stay active- 10/10 recommend!

I took this course for the first time through K-state and have absolutely loved it! I was super nervous to initially take a class however I have gained a lot of knowledge throughout the course. I took reformer pilates and will definitely be signing up for another class in the future/even getting a membership with Little Apple Pilates Co. Rachel was such a great TA, and have met the kindest staff! Overall 10/10 recommend taking these classes!

Little Apple Pilates Co. is a great place. I had the opportunity to take a couple of classes with them and I enjoyed every single one of them. I would highly recommend the heated classes, as it helps you have a more productive work out by limiting the amount of time you need to warm up. The instructors are kind and the studio is clean despite all the foot traffic they get.

Absolutely love Little Apple Pilates, the staff and Hilary are amazing!! Hilary really takes her time to help each client individually, even in a full class. I would highly recommend this studio for anyone and every age, I personally love the reformer classes and burlesque. The reformer helped me with mobility while being lower impact but also building strength and muscle and of course doing burlesque just makes you feel empowered and again the instructor’s are top notch in making you feel comfortable

I really enjoyed the classes I took with Hilary and Sarah. It was always a judgement-free, relaxed atmosphere. Classes with Hilary included learning what the impacts each exercise would have on our muscle conditioning and improvement, which I really appreciated. I took the KSU Reformer class, and am planning to continue going to Little Apple after the course ends!

I took Trampoline Cardio, with Lisa Rubin, through K-State, and I absolutely loved it! It was extremely hard not to have a huge smile during each class because Lisa was such a joy and so encouraging. I learned that exercising can be fun, yet challenging, and I wish I knew about this form of exercise sooner. She introduced us to other classes they offer as well, so we constantly had variety. I would highly recommend!

I love Little Apple Pilates! I enrolled in Reformer Pilates through a K-State course since I needed a few extra credits in my last semester of senior year. I knew I liked pilates for its super effective and fun workouts and my only regret is not finding out about this studio sooner. I love spending my mornings in class and always feel like I got a super effective workout in just an hour. I learned more body control, posture awareness, and just felt stronger every week! I also just wrapped up an 8 week course in Hot Mat Pilates following the reformer class and enjoyed it as well. I felt like my workouts were the perfect length and effort level. I knew I was getting an effective workout in while working on my mental awareness as well.

The class was led very well, and the instructors are very good at leading and being knowledgeable of students crazy schedules. I took the Hot Yoga class here for a semester and I loved it. I didn't know much about Yoga prior to this class but I have learned many new things from the instructors! I have learned different types of poses that target specific areas of the body, and about mindfulness like ways to relieve stress. The instructors were always so welcoming, knowledgeable, and made it clear every class to listen to what your body needs. This semester, I have been extra busy and noticed my stress levels have increased. After every class I would feel relieved/relaxed with both my mental and physical body. I recommend this class as I have had a great experience learning and practicing the mental and physical aspects of Yoga!

I took the Intro to Reformer Pilates Class here! I had a fantastic time and learned the basics of Reformer. This was a super low impact, but intense (in a good way!) exercise class. I think this class is beneficial for a variety of different age levels and fitness experiences. I felt myself getting stronger and even saw physical results after a few weeks.

This was a wonderful experience. I had Venessa as an instructor and she was very clear and helpful. I had no idea I would enjoy hot yoga as much as I did.
