Everything about this place is mediocre. I regret ever taking my child here. Unfortunately we endured the sessions for far too long hoping it would get better. It never did… it just got worse. The “instructors” are mostly kids themselves who have almost zero enthusiasm towards training or helping the younger students. The waiting areas are cramped, the staff are unorganized and unresponsive. Would not recommend.

My daughter loves gymnastics but request to leave this location. Her first practice there she was yelled at by an instructor; another instructor came to apologize for the other yelling instructors behavior. My daughter was stuck in the same level because of one thing she could do so she became bored with it and the coaches would never help the children where they were struggling. They just would be like "next" "next" instead of helping the children. My daughter communicated that the teenage coaches were always in a bad mood and did not make gymnastics fun. When I emailed McCraken saying we would like discontinue the membership of such reasons she did not care at all of the behavior of the instructors and did not saying anything about helping my daughter or sad to see her go. The only response was the end date and more money to pay after a time frame. It was clear that this place does not care about teaching the young children to excel, bad behavior of instructors and it was appalling McCrakens behavior of only being concerned with money. I've communicated with alot of parents to take their children else where.

Our children enjoy the fun and exciting atmosphere that the gym has. The instructors keep them focused and assist them reach their goals. The best part, they look forward to coming every week.

This place has been amazing for my 5-year-old son for swim lessons. Their method works and the teachers are always great. He is back again this summer, and we appreciate you for teaching lessons at an affordable cost.

Very helpful place. A friend recommended it to me and my family and we signed up after open gym! They have many helpful workers who answer questions that you may have. Very friendly people as well ♥️

The swim school was fantastic! After two weeks of private lessons, my 10 year old went from being scared to put his head underwater to level "shark". It was awesome to see how proud he was of himself!

I love it at McCracken's. I have been competing for 6 years and this is the only gym I've been at. I would definitely recommend this gym for anyone.

our very first day I was not greeted by her coach or introduced everything was old and torn up and it was way too hot for children in the building. I told the front desk woman that I was not interested in coming back and asked if I could pay for today's class and she wanted me to pay registration and a whole month and to pull my child immediately. the place is old dirty and not friendly would never go back
