I have worked with Nate for over 3 years. In that time my overall fitness has improved considerably and even though I am one of his older clients he continues to set high expectations for my performance. That keeps me focused on achievement. Nate is supportive and helpful and always maintains a positive attitude. Plus, he cares about you as a person and is fun to laugh with. I give him FIVE STARS.

My husband and I have know Nate for over 5 years. One year in to our training my husband had an accident at work and broke his arm in 4 places. Nate was incredible during this time going above and beyond just being a Trainer working with him during his recovery. After his recovery, my husband continued to train with Nate and has lost a total of 42 lbs. Nate is fun while making bootcamp challenging. I met Nate about 2 years ago. In 2012, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to go through surgery and treatment. So once I was cleared to workout by all my doctors towards the end of 2013, I began my search for a personal trainer. I came across Nate’s website and checked it out. His website back then was pretty “rough” in my opinion, but I was still able to get some information about him and his fitness ideas. His website now is so much better! So I called and scheduled an interview with him and I also called another fitness company that provided personal training. When I met Nate, I felt like there was a “fitness connection”. I liked what he had to say. He understood what my goals were (get my strength back and then try to get back into shape) and then he described how he could help me reach those goals. I did visit the other company, but crossed them out. I pretty much had my mind set with Nate. So after about 3 months, I knew that I made the right decision! Nate is really good with getting you in the right frame of mind and working with you so you will get the maximum workout benefit with each visit! He knows a person’s limit and when he can push them harder. He’s a great motivator and he really cares a lot about his clients. I’ve been with Nate for about 2 years and through his training guidance, motivation, and care; I’ve been able to reach my main goal of gaining back my strength in a healthy, injure free-way. I’ve also been able to lose some weight and have been able to increase my aerobic stamina. Throughout 2014, I was able to participate in several 5K events and I couldn’t have done that without Nate’s help!
