Finding this gym has been a game changer for me! I love that classes are only 30 minutes long but power packed. Every day is different but still hits a little bit of everything so I feel like my whole body is getting toned while squeezing a little bit of cardio in. My clothes fit better but the best parts are my increased energy levels and lifted moods. The coaches are great, quick to correct forms and offer encouragement. They have created an environment that is welcoming and encouraging for people of all fitness levels!

I joined this place in March 2024. The coaches are wonderful and the community is awesome. Even though I have the coordination and the balance of a sloth, the coaches are always there to help me making sure that I’m getting the correct form! Also 30 minutes is just the perfect amount of time to get in a killer workout. If you are looking for a place to get fit and make some new friends this is the place!

I love going to Omega Training’s Fit Forever! Never, never have I enjoyed going to a gym before, until I started at Omega a year ago. I was so surprised at how much I love it. Our instructor is so attentive to each of our individual needs. I was a very slow learner, but she gave me the patient guidance I needed. LI love the positive atmosphere and the cameraderie there. I’ve always felt accepted despite my previous insecurities with coordination challenges elsewhere. Ultimately the original reason I started at Omega at 60 years old was because of the inevitable loss of everyday life skills that I was starting to encounter. Omega has helped me improve my strength, balance, confidence, and even helped with my coordination.
I’m so thankful for finding Omega Training and a program I love and actually stick with.

When I joined Omega Training (formerly Fit Body Bootcamp) 3.5 years ago, I hadn’t really worked out since college. The family-like environment combined with an intense but invigorating and stress relieving 30 minute workout hooked me and had me coming back for more! The friendships I have formed are like no other. The coaches bring energy and motivation to every class. MJ defines the statement that big things come in small packages. My first time meeting her, I was impressed with her energy and booming voice on the mic. Brenda has come out of her shell. Her honesty cracks me up and makes me work harder to prove to myself that I can do hard things. Dakota encourages us to work hard and isn’t afraid to accept challenges that we throw back at her. When Sterling first began coaching, she was timid, but now she owns the floor. Her compliments are the best. Amaya’s energy packs a punch. Jacob is one of the reasons that I continued coming after my first class. Even though our paths don’t cross much anymore, I will always be grateful for him being the amazing human and coach that he is! Anyone wanting a body transformation needs to check this place out.

This is the best gym I've ever been a part of! I've had excellent results here. The coaches are so encouraging and knowledgeable. I was out for 3 months for a foot surgery and I couldn't wait to get back. They were able to modify my workouts until my foot was good to go!

I’ve been wanting to get back to an exercise routine for a long time. I didn’t have much time, knew I needed a way to stay accountable and someone who could tell me exactly what to do. This place fit that criteria AND more! I’ve been going almost everyday for a few months now and have never felt better. Oh my gosh, I’m so happy to be a member of Omega Training, Fit Body Boot Camp!! In January of this year, I decided to partake in the typical, New Year- New You fitness club specials. I figured, why not?! My dear Dad passed away last year and being consumed by grief and emotional eating, I gained about 25 pounds in a year. I found a program to motivate me to get back in shape, lose inches, some pounds- most of all, healing, gaining muscle and gaining a community of wonderful, extremely knowledgeable Coaches and amazing fellow class members, I gained confidence and friends along the way. I really appreciate how the Coaches take the extra time to show us proper form and push us to give it our best! So glad that I found Omega Training! I was never one to exercise until I found this place. I love the coaches and the family that I have formed not only with them but also with the other clients. This has been the best thing that I’ve ever done for myself. If you are considering trying Omega Training out, you should. You won’t be disappointed. This is a THE one stop shop! All you have to do is get your body in the door and 30 minutes later you’ve had a great workout. You’ll do things in that 30 minutes you’ll never do on your own and feel better everyday you go. We left to try weight training on our own and miss it so much we’re headed back this week. It is a community of good folks who are excited to see you when you come in. I can’t recommend it enough!

I’ve been going to FBBC for 3 yrs now - 3 times a week- I won’t miss!!!! I’ll be 69 in January and I’m in the best shape since my mid 30’s. Total of 35 #’s down. Ryan and his staff are terrific!! They watch us all very closely in the routines making sure we’re doing it correctly and getting the most out of it. He offers diet plans , diet challenges and programs if we want them!!! No pressure- he wants us to know he and his staff are there for US!! It’s quite refreshing really. When we do 1,2,3 FAMILY!! at the end of each session - we mean it!!! Thank you FBBC…. 😃

I’ve been going to Wichita FBBC for four years now! The short and sweet - it’s a HIIT focused workout for 30 minutes. I love that there are a variety of times to fit into my schedule. The sessions always go by quickly and the coaches are always writing exercises that challenge you. That being said, I love how they provide you with modifications if there are moves you can’t do at that time. The environment is great - everyone encourages one another - I’ve met some great people here that are now my friends. Definitely give this place a chance if you’re looking for a new gym!

I absolutely love this place. I have been going here since April and everyone is supportive, refreshing and fun. The coaches are great. They encourage you, push you and are your number 1 cheerleaders. I had an injury in June and during my absence my coach kept in contact with and kept motivating me on the nutrition APP. Now that I am back, they are helping me rebuild my strength and help me with alternates to work outs when they see that I need them. I have met some really great people here and truly love the support everyone gives. If you are looking for a place to call home in your fitness journey, look no further. This is far better than any other gym I have been to. My only regret is I did not sign up sooner!

I’ve never stepped foot in this gym but I made the mistake of inquiring one time for information. The amount of numbers I’ve had to block on a consistent basis and email accounts I’ve had to unsubscribe to is insane. At this point it’s harassment and reason enough not to ever use this gym. I’ve blocked so many numbers associated with this gym, yet I’m still bothered through other numbers.

Trying out Wichita FBBC was the best decision I’ve ever made! The workouts might only be 30 minutes but you get an amazing workout PLUS the encouragement of the coaches and other members. The classes are high energy and so so fun. When I first joined, I hadn’t worked out in a long time but you are shown modifications for all the moves to slowly ease in. If you are hesitant, don’t be!! Try it out, I guarantee you’ll love it.

They give me the accountability I need by having me sign up for my classes before I come and it's 30 minutes of well-directed exercises with trainers right there to help with form and modification. Fit Body Boot Camp is the only gym I've found that works for me in reaching my goals. I'm someone who needs accountability and people encouraging me along to remind me little wins are all steps to reaching the big wins--it just takes time. Participated over a year ago had awesome results had gall bladder surgery & had to take a break due to some issues, but im back for the new year new you challenge. Staff is awesome so encouraging workouts are only 30 mins which is great and very intense i am looking forward to a transformation. :)

This place is absolutely amazing. I drive 1 hour each way for their sessions, more due to how they are accepting of everyone and very welcoming. The exercises have helped me increase my upper body strength and work my core! And if you miss a few days they will call and make sure you are doing ok.

This facility is nothing less than amazing. A coworker invited me to come with her to one of the sessions and it was a blast. It’s a nice environment, which is a plus because I’m really self conscious! The people are all so very nice and the trainers really pump you up and encourage you to push yourself. The classes are about 30 minutes long but you get a full body workout every time! I like that they have you work every muscle group with each station that you go to! I already see results! Try it for yourself!

The gym is a scary and sometimes intimidating place, especially if you have been out of it for a long time. But something pushed me to get out of my own way and take advantage of one of the many offers that Fit Body Boot Camp. I saw the Back to School offer and said to myself...it's now or never. Well the first day, I had no idea what I was walking into or if I would walk out alive. 30 minutes? What harm or benefit could be accomplished in only 30 minutes. I could eat an entire pizza in under 30 minutes but that was not the right frame of mind. I was warmly greeted and received a nice tour of the facility. Now it was time to get ready to work out. The people there at the 5:30 am class were all warm, approachable and took me under their wing and didn't make me feel out of place. I was there to become more active but I didn't expect to get this strong community support. Linsey (the instructor) was super sweet and gently (but firmly) pushed me to do my best. With my comrades in arms, we pushed through the difficult but fun 30 minutes of working out. I was shocked with all the sweating and burning but it felt great and I didn't feel pushed to the point of exhaustion which was a welcomed surprise. Anyways, if you are still reading this...(sorry, I don't typically write Google reviews, so you can trust this one) it's a great place to be a part of. Unfortunately, my work schedule and traveling has hindered me from working out as much as I wanted to but I was ALWAYS contacted from the trainers and the AMAZING support group via text and social media which made me push myself there even when I was scared to go (because of my perceived insecurities). I will definitely be back. Thanks!!!

I am pretty active, I did go to a boot camp that was an hour and a half long so I am experienced ! So when my friend suggested I come with her to her 30 minute Boot Camp I was like I don’t know, that doesn’t seem long enough. Well I was pleasantly surprised, within the 30 minutes I give it my all and I come out sweating and feeling like I achieve something! This class is awesome for beginners who are just starting out because it is only 30m but is a good workout for people who are experienced. You get what you put in !!!!! Everybody has 30 minutes a day to get in some exercise!

I am finishing up my second week at FBBC and I can say I’ve never had so many feelings about exercise before. I go from thinking I may die and that these random muscles i haven’t used before may never forgive me to realizing it’s kind of fun and then finding myself wanting to go back as much as I can. The exercises are intense but awesome and quick and the coaches are all great. Everyone really makes you feel like part of a family and I’ve enjoyed all the classes I’ve attended!

Best place to start your workout journey. I hadn't worked out in quite a while and didn't know where to start so I was nervous to try out any kind of workout. The classes are only 30 minutes and they offer lots of different times during the day on a set schedule so you have a lot of options. The different exercises the instructor has you do are never too complicated and always have an alternative if it's too difficult for you. No one is ever judging you or staring because they're too busy doing their own thing! It's nice for someone who is busy because the classes are quick but you definitely feel like you got a great workout in by the end of it. I would highly recommend to everyone.

I just want to say that I was afraid of the words "Boot Camp." I think of mud, army crawls, and manly grunts." My best friend and I were tired of feeling tired, sluggish, and making excuses for ourselves. So what did we do? We jumped into a boot camp, no overthinking, no saying "Let's wait until the next Monday or Let's start tomorrow." We began this journey that we have started over and over again. The difference this time, is the people, the coaches at Wichita's Fit Body Boot Camp. They make you feel like you are family and they do care about you. I've spent 2 hours at the gym before doing weights, then cardio, then finishing up with sauna time. Here it's only 30 minutes, and let me tell you, those 30 minutes are well taken advantage of. Yesterday is the start of my 3rd week, I usually do things for about 3 days and then make an excuse. Not this time, because I am part of a family that is going to help me push through <3

Challenging workouts and a great staff. I lift weights on my own, but I have always had a hard time motivating myself to do cardio. FBBC has solved this problem and then some. The workouts are challenging, different every day, and only take 30 mins. Getting a guy that has always hated cardio to actually look forward to these classes is impressive to say the least. I have only been going for 2 weeks, and I have already noticed a difference in how I feel and look. I would definitely recommend FBBC.

Awesome staff and awesome workouts! I had been exercising prior to joining, but I couldn't get my blood sugar down below mid 200's. With these intense and condensed workouts I achieved my primary goal which was to get to normal sugar levels of low 100s. I have done several classes including fighter fitness, kick boxing, Y box, other boot camps, ect. I was hesitant when it was only 30 minutes at first but do NOT let the 30 minutes fool you. It is a full intense 30 min and after every session you feel several muscle groups hurting. Its not a huge group and everyone is very welcoming. Great for keeping in shape or just getting started.
