Love Orangetheory & Nall Hills is one of my favorite locations.
Because I have looked for this info in reviews when traveling before I'll leave this here for out of town athletes; this location has the newer style of treadmill & 12 stations, you should definitely grab a class at this fun studio!

I'm an Orangetheory member who was visiting from out of town, and this studio made me feel SO welcome and excited to be there. I received the best local recommendations for breakfast afterwards, the front desk was super accommodating and friendly, and I didn't realize it was a milestone workout for me, but the staff went out of their way to make it feel special. I will go out of my way to come to this studio in the future!

As a former cross-country runner, I came to Orangetheory looking for a lot—challenging workouts, a supportive environment, and a way to stay motivated. I can confidently say this studio delivers on all fronts! Every time I leave class, I’m dripping in sweat and feeling accomplished. The workouts are dynamic, and there’s always something new to push me further.

The coaches here are incredible—so energetic, bubbly, and positive. They make each class fun while keeping everyone focused on their goals. You can tell they genuinely care about your progress. The associates at the front desk are just as amazing! They’re so welcoming and friendly, and it’s a small but meaningful touch that they always greet me by name like we’ve known each other for years.

The staff and trainers here are great, and I love the workouts so it's a shame to write this negative review. I move a lot so I have to change studios from time to time. I've never had an issue with being able to transfer my membership from one studio to another except for this one. My new studio has reached out to Nall Hills on my behalf via calls and email but got no response. I have emailed but not gotten a response. I finally called and they said I needed to cancel online and then sign up again with my new studio. I tried doing that twice, but never received any type of confirmation that my membership was canceled and I kept getting charged anyway. I hope I am wrong, but it seems like they are intentionally keeping my membership on their books so my money goes to them instead of my new studio. I'm not sure why else this process is so painful.

Orange Theory is a really fun franchise. This location, specifically, is excellent! I really like the staff. Facilities are always clean. Client culture is friendly, but not too friendly. I expected to see a lot of competitive and maybe judgy folks given the intensity that the franchise promotes, but it's actually a very accepting crowd. Everyone who comes wants to push themselves, but you'll see all different ages and fitness levels. I highly recommend!!!

I’ve enjoyed all things OTF! The workout and the coaches have made my fitness journey a great one. I have visited many of the studios in the local area, but this location is the closest to home.

Last week, I attended a 6AM class that left me energized and ready to start the day. I walked out to find my car had a broken window with my belongings being removed. I do not blame the studio for this and understand that they are not liable. My only concern was how the studio management handled the situation. The front desk associates came out right away and offered to assist. I appreciated their kindness and thoughtfulness to offer help.

Management came to the scene but brought toxic positivity, that left me feeling as though I wasn’t a valued member. The one comment that was told to me that sticks out most, “Well the Chiefs one last night!” I’m sorry, but after seeing my car damaged I don’t want to be faced with smiles and laughter or talk of a Chiefs game.

I do want to thank Coach Michael for his warm welcome a week later when I returned to the studio. He was very personable and said hello before the class started. We had met before, but he did not remember my name. As someone who attends a variety of fitness classes, it’s always nice when an instructor extends a welcome and provides a sense of belonging!

I've recently joined orangetheory. While it is expensive, the atmosphere is really positive and fun! They play great music and each class you're doing a mix of cardio and strength. You go at your own pace and there are many people at varying levels of fitness which I think helps make it feel more inclusive.

I love our coaches (Juile, Eliza, Kate, Michael, Eric, Claire, ...) and the energy they pour into each class helping members make gains. I personally like the treadmill blocks and the variety contained within those blocks. I am so much faster and have much more endurance than when I started 20 months ago. Being 47 and running a sub-6 minute mile is amazing. The geek in me also likes looking that the heart rate data. My heart takes longer to move up through the zones when pushing myself and recovers quickly when backing down to base pace or recovery pace.

I started going to OrangeTheory in April 2021. My first class ever was an "Everest Training Day". I had no idea what that meant and I ended up burning over 1000 calories in that class! Amazingly, I kept going and have done over 100 classes now, burning between 900-1000 calories every class. I find that I push myself harder in these classes and I love the support and encouragement from others in the class and the wonderful coaches. These workouts are consistently the hardest workouts I've ever done...and that's because I control how hard I work. My cardiovascular health is significantly improved and I'm stronger and more athletic. It's great to start the day with so many other people committed to improving their health and who are working hard...it's a great workout and a supportive environment that will challenge you every time you walk through the door.

I love this OTF. Staff is amazing, both the coaches and front desk staff. I’ve been to a handful of OTF in the area and this is my favorite! But OTF all around (all locations) I’m a huge fan of!!! Don't believe the advertising! Not everyone that works out at OTF, are triathlons with perfect bodies. In fact it was that branding that almost made me not join. There are all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. I was 377 pounds when I joined June 2020. I was worried about the discouraging looks or the body shaming. What I found was completely opposite. People were friendly, kind, and encouraging and the coaches are extremely supportive. I can say I have made lifelong friends at OTF. A year down the road and I've lost 37 pounds and gained close the 18 pounds of muscle. The workouts are hard but you feel like you've accomplished something when you leave. Don't worry there are plenty of modifications if you can't do the exercise perfectly. Come on and give it a try, they're not lying when the advertise more life, that part is 100% true!

A couple months ago I was at a crossroads with my body. Due to COVID I hadn’t been to a gym or worked out in a year and a half. I gained 20 pounds and my health stats were not good. I had to decide whether to find something that worked or resign to staying out of shape. I joined Orange Theory after a friend I trusted raved about it. I was hooked in the first class. My emotional and physical health has improved beyond measure, and working out no longer feels like a chore. I love the gamification, positive encouragement, professionalism of the staff, and how they energize you. Everyone can work out at their own pace and level. There are people of all ages and physical shape, and there is zero pressure from the other classmates and coaches to work out at a level beyond where you are at. I stopped weighing myself because I was more focused on how I felt. The staff is so friendly and make you feel welcome every day. I purchased unlimited classes and met with one of the trainers to help me meet my goals and was so impressed at how much I learned. I can’t say enough about OT. It changed my life!

I started here about 2 years ago and I hadn’t been in any kind of gym for more then 10 years and I was 62 when I first came in. The staff is literally like family there. The camaraderie between people who take the same classes is so cool. The best thing about it is that you don’t have to come in young, skinny and fit. Any size, any shape, any weight, any age, doesn’t matter, they’ll tailor the workouts to what you can do. No one ever makes you feel like you’re out of place because you can’t keep up. And there’s nothing easy about these workouts. It will kick you hard! And all you want is to come back for more. The coaches are all amazing. They know what they’re talking about, they know how to coach you up, they motivate you to always try just a little bit harder. And before you know it you do start seeing results. If you want a fantastic, hard, fun workout it’s definitely worth giving it a try.

I love going to other OTF's in the area so I was surprised to have a lousy experience at the Nall Hills location. This was my first time at this studio and after the floor block my pants were covered in dust. After looking around a little closer, there was a thick layer of dust covering the treads, rowers & floor. I expect a boutique gym to have higher standards in cleanliness.

The workout was a great combination of things that I knew how to do (treadmill) and things that challenged me (rowing, partner workout). I left feeling invigorated and later that day my body was telling me that I hadn't worked out in a while, which is a great thing! I am excited to return to class and do more! The staff (especially Rachel) was friendly and helpful from the time I walked in the door until I left. I never felt like I was on my own during the workout. Amy kept checking in with me and made sure I knew how to do the exercises. She was encouraging, kind and patient! The facility was clean and neat, even with a full class on a snowy day. The people who were in the class were extremely helpful too! Everyone was making sure I knew how to use the equipment, where the wipes were located, which station I was supposed to go to next, etc. It truly felt like a community. It was good competition and fun!

I love that OT is a really supportive and educational place to work out! They go over each excercise as well as good weight ranges to start at, encourage you rather than yell at you, and really work to create a positive team environment between you and the others in your class! They congratulate people for hard work during class and give shout-outs to those who hit their goal number of “splat points” in those final pushes. I also love I can go in and someone can tell me what to do for an hour, it keeps me so much more motivated! I would 100% recommend to anyone of any fitness level, as it’s really up to however you want to push yourself!

I love having both cardio and weight training in one workout. Every day is a completely different workout. Its like having a trainer every day but not having to pay the huge expense that trainers can have. Every employee and trainer at the Nall Hills location have been so nice and encouraging! Excellent place for those who don't find regular gyms effective. Class sign up is required, late cancelation of classes or no show is charged, class top is around twenty and a heart rate monitor is included in your membership.

I get a good workout here - I burn at least 500 calories each time I go. However, they don't tell up front that you are required to purchase their heart rate monitor for either $59 or $89. They told me I can't use my own Polar heart rate monitor. Now that I've purchased the $89 heart rate monitor and read the instructions, they basically don't say anything - no instructions on pairing to a bluetooth device and the app has no options to set my heart rate zone for a workout outside an Orange Theory studio. Very disappointed.

I can't say enough about this place! Not only do I love these workouts and the entire Orange Theory concept, but the trainers and entire staff, including the owner, are amazing! They create a family atmosphere, greet you by name and are always smiling! The owner is very involved, always present! I will be joining the Brookside location when it opens...same owner and staff...can't wait! I don't do google reviews much but felt this place really deserved a good one!!!

Orange Theory provides a competitive and positive environment for a variety of people looking for a challenging but fun work out. All exercise levels are available and modifications are available at all stations. The trainers are not only encouraging but also very knowledgeable and know how to push you in the right manner. Orange Theory has been a great experience so far!

I love OTF workouts because they work! I'm stronger, leaner, and stand taller since starting OTF. I love that classes are led by motivating trainers who coach correct techniques and push you to work hard and dig deep when you think you're out of gas. I love the setup of having 3 different workout segments - treadmill, rowing, and weight room - and the variety of distance, time, speed, and sets keeps my mind and body interested. I also love the pumped up jams, soft Orange lighting, and state-of-the-art equipment...and amazing staff!

Amazing workout and atmosphere the staff does an incredible job of making you feel comfortable and welcome. If your trying to lose any amount of weight this is the place to go. It's group personal training and you where a heart rate monitor so you can track how many calories you've burned each workout. Amazing!!!
