I recently took the kid I babysit to the Little Ninja class at Pinnacle Gymnastics, and it was amazing! He had so much fun from start to finish. His instructor, Abby, did an awesome job keeping all the kids engaged and excited — she’s patient, energetic, and really knows how to make learning new skills fun. I loved seeing how confident he became throughout the class and how proud he was after trying each obstacle. I’d definitely recommend Pinnacle Gymnastics and especially Abby’s Little Ninja class

Pinnacle gymnastics is the definitely the gym you want to bring your little too! We’ve been going for about 6 months now and we absolutely love it! My daughters have been going to Pinnacle for since 2019 starting on recreational and now on competitive teams. The gym has a good philosophy of balancing gym/school/family life. They care about building the character of the student, not just the gymnastics skills. I love the ability to see my child at all times during practices. They also strive to be the cleanest gym around and it shows.

Miss Amber is seriously the best! The entire ELT program is amazing. You can sign up for one day or do all four days, either morning or afternoons or both, and then they also have another program called Friday frenzy that you can sign up for separately. We love all of it. They spend time in the classroom and time in the gym, so they get all of that toddler energy out! We chose to continue with ELT instead of putting our son in the district preschool, because of the staff, the curriculum, and Ms Amber. Our son loves Miss Amber so much he named his cat Amber!

When one of the coaches tell a 10 year old girl who has been giving everything to her gymnastics that she probably wont win any medals at state 4 days prior to the event they shouldnt be coaching you should be supporting that child not holding her back and bringing her down

Our preschoolers attended the ELT program last year and are attending this year. It's a great preparation for kindergarten. Our oldest also attended ELT. When our au pair suddenly left last spring at the end of her contract, Ms Amber and staff were extremely accommodating to allow us to have more ELT days to get us through until our new au pair arrived. Our oldest is in gymnastics and ninja and she thoroughly enjoys it. We enjoy all the staff. Kyle is great and my girls especially love Ms Amber and Courtney.

Birthday party package: We had a birthday party here and it was a SO easy and fun! The staff handled the room set up and clean up, making it such a stress free experience. My family has been using Pinnacle for over five years and I highly recommend them! The coaches are amazing and really connect with my children. I am always impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the coaches and staff, especially as I am a bit of a helicopter parent with no gymnastic background. We have participated in a variety of classes from the Parent and Tot class, preschool-aged classes, Little Ninja class and pre-competitive class. I really love how the classes engage my high energy kids and believe their balance and coordination have greatly increased because of doing gymnastics. I wish I had known about Pinnacle for my first child!

Nothing but great things to say about this gym! Whether you are looking for recreation gymnastics or competitive, Pinnacle has great programs for all ages and levels! The gym is always clean, and staff is great! The coaches are great with the little ones and help them build their skills and grow. They have tons of classes to choose from. There are 2 parent viewing areas so plenty of room to watch your kiddos, which was important to us having younger ones in recreational classes. My daughter has been a Pinnacle athlete for 10+ years with over 8 years on the competitive teams. We have no complaints and routinely recommend to others. The gym cares about their athletes and works or have a good gym/life balance. My daughter is able to go to school and does not require homeschooling like lots of gyms. Had high hopes based on the reviews, but my experience was quite different.

Two kiddos 4 & 8 in two different classes. Front desk ladies were always too busy chatting to say hi. Seemed annoyed if you interrupted their conversation to ask a question. Not a deal breaker if the kid's direct teachers were great.... alas they had the same unhappy, unwelcoming demeanor. My guess would be that something is wrong with management/leadership when everyone seems so mad or sad to be there. Beyond the bad attitude, they just weren't good with kids.

If that isn't enough to make you regret giving them your money every month, the viewing area is awful. Unkept bathrooms. Cramped bleacher setup. No air flow, which makes it stuffy and super hot in the summer.

We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after about 6 weeks we cancelled. They gladly cancelled, not a care as to why.

February 2022- First day of Beginners Gymnastics (7+), my daughter had a great time, made new friends and received great instructions from her instructor Stephanie. I'm looking forward to seeing how much she'll learn.

June 2022- My daughter is progressing faster than I expected. She absolutely loves being in the gym and has even picked up a tumbling class to expand her training. Looking forward to what the rest of the year brings.

My daughter and I love Pinnacle! It’s further from our house than another popular gym but we make the extra drive because of the people. The instructors are very sweet and attentive, and my daughter is excited to go and see them every week! Another plus is the way they have handled COVID. It gives me peace of mind to continue bringing her to class.

We are in the Parent/Tot class so it is more of a guided play set up of different stations. I look forward to seeing my child grow in gymnastics with Pinnacle.

Absolutely horrible customer service multiple girls that work there seem snotty and very stuck up.There is no feeling of being welcomed there when you are going for your first class most of the front desk personnel have no idea what they’re doing and most of their answers are I don’t know I need to ask someone else, it’s very unprofessional and hearing different staff members talking poorly about different children and other programs As well as parents of children at the gym was extremely horrific to listen to save your time and go to any other gym in KC rather than this pathetic excuse for a facility.

We love Pinnacle! Our daughter is a level 9 gymnast. She has not only consistently grown in her skill level physically, but also mentally. Her perseverance, determination, and mental strength show up in the gym, at school, and in her social relationships, just to name a few. We credit a big part of this to Morgan, Hannah, and all the coaches who have worked with her through the years.

Pinnacle erroneously charged our credit card about 150 dollars (someone else got goods or services but our card was charged)which we were lucky to catch, they admitted it, never apologized and asked me to put it in as a credit which I did, but didn’t use, and the credit disappeared. After multiple follow up to get my refund the Manager agreed to audit our account to find out where the money went and now months have gone by with no response, no refund, can’t locate this Manager there now and this was totally inadequate unprofessional resolution of their mistake. I never write reviews. Am doing this one.
