I love that this gym is 24/5 . However, it could be cleaned better and more often . The ladies restroom is absolutely gross, toilet paper all over the restroom stalls on a normal basis. Today, I had the horrifying pleasure of placing my hand on the edge of the chair in the changing stall to find rolled up used pads (multiple) . I informed the young lady working, she giggled and apologized.

First off 1 star! because the employee that goes by the name of ABBY was rude and reaked of body odor! didn’t want to give me a tour when asked, the overall professionalism was horrible I turned around and left this establishment, he was behind the counter changing clothes and I was entirely appalled I had no business seeing a grown man’s undergarments nor did my young daughter. Planet fitness needs to handle this unprofessional action immediately.

I love this place, but it definitely gets crowded. Semi trucks shouldn’t try to park here, they don’t take kindly to it. this was my go to gym and i genuinely enjoy the spacious of it and versatile equipment makes me upset to have to put a bad review but definitely do not trust your personal belongings in locker rooms without a lock don't risk it ! we had our keys taken out my jacket pocket, the whole locker room seemed open and ran through whoever did it didn't act fast enough and thankfully they didn't take our truck but they could have so far not sure what info or support planet fitness is going to give us to feel bettter about the situation at hand hopefully cameras can help us out but regardless just giving people a heads up im second guessing whether to even go back or not definitely going to do what i can finding on who being low life losers stealing people stuff while working out , it's a damm shame really hope they can defend themselves tho their not a street smart as they think

WOMEN BEWARE. Last Saturday a man filmed me at this gym without my permission. He did not inform me I was being recorded and posted the video on instagram. It only came to my attention because it went viral and someone recognized me.

A PF employee was also involuntarily roped into the video by this man without the employee’s consent.

When I informed them today they didn’t seem too concerned about this incident and haven’t contacted me about it. This random man is literally filming people at PF and trying to embarrass them. I was able to cancel my membership, no questions asked. I do appreciate that, but please be aware this could happen to you. Do not go to this gym without this prior knowledge. PF probably won’t do anything about it.

Horrible Gym. Be careful of thrives. They steal stuff from your car. This facility will not help you. They have no camera's. Not this place or any of the businesses in the area. Just be careful. The staff is amazing and always so helpful. Gym is clean and well kept. One of the larger gyms in the area, as it used to be a hobby lobby, so there's plenty of room to spread out. It's open 24 hours, 4 days a week, and open early on the weekends. Decided to switch to a closer planet fitness, so save gas, and they were so helpful to get things moved. They are truly amazing, and the manager is wonderful.

I do frequent this gym at least 3 days a week. The upkeep however is poor. You have to check the bathroom stalls to make sure it has toilet paper in it before you go in. More than once I have got stuck without toilet paper. And the floors in the whole place are dusty, lots of hair. Nice staff just not maintained well.

I just joined Planet Fitness, coming from Genesis, it's some adjusting. The massage chair, the hydro bed, and the circuit makes it worth it.

I'm very disappointed in the circuit area. This area is supposed to be used for it's purpose only. The sign clearly states that. People come in this area, sit on one machine for minutes at a time, and are glued to their phone.

There's no staff to monitor the area. They're all at the front desk standing around. So many staff doing nothing. The circuit area should have 1-2 staff station there during peak hours.

Also, this area attracts a lot of people so it's hard to get on the machines.

We are OTR logistics workers and I dont need your after 8pm staff eyeballing us. 22 states and only 3 PFs have made us feel uncomfortable. We r nomads in our van and get paid well by our company. The music was deafening yesterday afternoon. I reached out to the front desk told that guy the music so loud, can you turn down the volume? He said OK. But he didn't. I quit. The lady waiter came to women's dressing room. I told her:` the music too loud, I like music, I like singing, but so loud is noise.' She said:'Nobody complained, I can't do, have to manager do.' I say:' How? The manager let you work here, he doesn't allow you do? I can't believe.' She said:'I don't know how to do?' I told her:'I can do if you want. ' Then she didn't say anything. I don't think she gets very well trained.

This is a nice planet fitness. However, one of my pet peeves was on display at this gym today. For some odd reason, people like to sit and look at their phones while they’re sitting on the exercise equipment. Please tell members that if they want to look at their phones or take a break from lifting to go sit down at one of the chairs that are provided. maybe put up a sign in the gym, reminding members that other people are using the machines as well and to not sit on them while checking emails and texts.
