It has been an absolutely outstanding experience working out/training with Shane. As someone that came in as an absolute rookie, Shane has given me the confidence and ability to move forward into a lifestyle I never thought I’d live and love. Shane brings a lot of experience and knowledge to the table and every workout was one I looked forward to. If you have any hesitation…don’t. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Shane has been awesome to work with. I actually live in Michigan and found Shane via a YouTube video. We've been meeting via FaceTime for a couple months now. He's really helped me key in on my diet and improve my performance with not just diet, but also exercise and overall health. I can tell that he is very capable of modifying his approach based on his client's needs. His communication has been excellent and he is very knowledgeable. Would recommend.

I will give Pulse four stars for now, As I have only been attending the facility for a couple of weeks. With that all being said, Shane is amazing! He is so smart and provides all of the whys behind everything that is being done. He gets to know you what you need, and what you want and he makes a tailored work out especially for you. You have access to Shane and all of his knowledge 24 hours a day if you sign up to be trained at Pulse. I’m extremely satisfied with everything so far and I look forward to the new me. I had a wonderful experience at Pulse Fitness. I was visiting from out of town and Shane was very responsive to my emails. I was able to quickly set up sessions that worked around my schedule. The personal training sessions with Shane were great and I felt a real sense of accomplishment after my week training with him. Shane is absolutely incredible; especially in terms of knowledge and applying your training to what fits your needs. Shane has always been incredibly motivating to me, and even though I no longer live in Ks, he still keeps in contact about training and life. Chase and Shane are fabulous to work with! My daughter and I have been doing personal training with Chase for three months now, and I have never been in better shape. I had bilateral knee replacement five years ago and haven’t been able to play tennis pain-free since and gave it up. I just started playing again and realized in the last couple weeks I’ve been playing and there’s been NO pain! He has really personalized our workouts to fit our needs. Take the guesswork our of eating and training! Shane Cook's fitness knowledge regarding many different forms of training have been very beneficial to me.
