Beautiful studio and great instructors. I am not a yogi and my flexibility is not the best, but that was no issue at all since you do the best you can with no judgement!
Located in a safe area with plenty of parking!
Definitely coming back when I am in town.

I attended a soundbath recently and would absolutely recommend to anybody that has never done one before. It was very peaceful. The studio is in a professional and calming environment. I look forward to trying some yoga classes there too!

Serene Lotus is a great yoga place in Andover! They offer classes for everyone in a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere! Everyone should try this place and don’t worry if you’re new to yoga, you can get all your questions answered and they always make you feel at home!

As a beginner, I’ve had such a wonderful experience at this yoga studio! The instructors have been incredibly kind and patient, making sure I feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. They take the time to explain the poses and suggest helpful adjustments if needed, making my journey into yoga much more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the personal attention I’ve received.
