Total Fitness Body Zone is Topeka’s Sports Fitness Complex, equipped with a 120x60 ft indoor turf, batting tunnel, 40x40 indoor basketball court, all available to rent out for team practices! We also have a full size commercial gym with a lot of space and equipment. We offer Athletic Training Classes for $5, personal training packages. My son had practice here this winter a few times. I came in and I watched a couple times and owner seemed nice. I went there again and now I'm not aloud to watch my son train. If your a parent you should be able to watch the practice if your not disturbing anyone.

I had no idea about this place until we started using it for a group practice. We then had Anthony give our kids a work out which was intense. Most of the kids loved it and wanted to be pushed. My kid and others now go several times a week for workouts. The staff has been nothing but great and willing to help or pull someone aside for one on one coaching. There is also a variety of kids, from middle school to high-school and both boys and girls.

I took my son in for strength and conditioning for sports. I decided instead of sitting there watching, that I would participate as well. My son does not complain about going and it drives me to continue training as well. Price is perfect, facility is perfect and Coach Cay will motivate you and push you at the same time. We only attend the 1 hour drop in sessions and have not used any other equipment or sessions so that's why I gave 4 stars.
