Having an autoimmune disorder that affects the strength of my limbs, I worried about feeling rushed and pigeon holed into a training program that was one size fits all. Wellness League is the best! If you are looking for a personal trainer, this is the place! The equipment and facility are always spotless. There are numerous studios for people who are more comfortable working out in privacy, as well as a big group room where there are classes.
Nate, the owner, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You will never feel out of place. I have been training for about a year here with Andrew, and it has been life changing! If you are new to fitness or are quite out of shape, this is an excellent place to begin your journey. I had always found the gym to be overwhelming, not knowing what exercises to do or worried I'd hurt myself with poor form. Personal training takes away all the guesswork, and you will learn as you go along about what works for you!
Andrew is an incredible trainer, and I do recommend him. But there are lots of options, and if you need a drill sergeant or a more encouraging approach, all can be found here.
The prices here are very reasonable and quite frankly, consider it an investment in yourself. Think of all the medical bills and other troubles you'll save yourself by starting a health journey! The Wellness League team really cares about their clients and their success. I had some back issues that had me quite discouraged, and we figured out ways to keep at it while those healed. The environment here is very laid-back, non-judgemental, and welcoming. I have seen people of all ages and all sizes coming in to do their workouts here! If you're on the fence, give them a call, because it can change your life!

I would recommend Wellness League to anyone from a non-athlete who is just focused on aging gracefully to an athlete looking to take their performance to another level.
I spent years in the gym comprising my body with bad form. The coaches I’ve worked with at Wellness League corrected my technique and took me from 4x225 to 4x315 on bench (with similar gains across the board). My joints and back feel better than ever!

I love working out at this place! The people are kind and funny! they hold me accountable for being there, even if it is only twice a week. 10/10 recommend for personal training! Nate, Andrew, & Triniti went above and beyond personalizing workouts to meet my goals. They also assessed my weaknesses in general and showed me how to improve them! I felt like they were focused on my goals just as much as I was. And they always asked if I wanted to make any changes and how they could improve to give me the experience I wanted. Late September 2020, feeling old, fat and unhealthy, I began looking for a gym and trainer that felt safe amid Covid. Finding Wellness League and Coach Nate, I started my journey to improving both my physical and mental health. My October 2020 lipid panel showed elevated cholesterol and triglycerides with an elevated cardiac risk ratio. I began working with Nate twice a week for the next seven months with documented increases of strength and stamina. My May 2021 lipid panel reflected a 50-point drop in triglycerides, an average cardiac risk ratio and no elevated cholesterol levels. All this, with out really focusing on my diet. I continue to work with Coach Nate twice a week and am now losing weight and seeing changes in my physical appearance. While I will never be one to say I like exercise, I look forward to my time with Nate as he is supportive, encouraging and just plain fun. Wellness League and its coaches, care about you as a person and provide support and encouragement at every step of the journey.
Nov 2023 - Still with Wellness League and working out twice a week with Anthony and Andrew. I have continued to improve my health and working on improving imbalances and strengthening small supportive muscles. Wellness League continues to be a great environment for the "older" individual looking to improve or maintain for the best aging.

I freaking love you guys. Tony totally pushed me today and challenged me. It was awesome. He's learning what I like and how to keep me engaged and what pushes me. We started going to Wellness League because a friend recommended them. Wow what a great place. We go to a group class on Saturday mornings and our coach Nate really knows his stuff. My husband has an injury to his knee and Nate takes great care to personalize his part of the class for his injury. He knows what and how to work each part of our bodies that we are struggling with. And even though we are in a group class, he makes sure everyone in the class is close to the same fitness level and we all get the individual attention as one would get in private classes. The best part about Wellness League for us though is the follow up. Coach Nate reaches out through the week to check up on us and even sends out little videos on stretches he thinks will benefit us. If you are looking for a trainer or just want to feel your best and start to age young. Wellness League should be your first call!

I started at the beginning of summer not knowing anything about the gym and never wanting to exercise, after training with Tony for a few months I learned so much about my body and how to exercise properly so I could see the greatest results and feel the best after each workout! I met with Nate for an evaluation after losing some weight. Nate was very thorough and knew things about my lifestyle without me even telling him, such as all the stress in my shoulders. April 22nd I started with these 3 guys on my way to a healthier stronger me. Started working with my trainer Nate after seeing a transformation he completed with my friend. I was tired of being tired and using stress as an excuse to eat whatever I wanted. I'm a mother of 4, a full time nurse practitioner student, work part-time as an RN in the hospital, and teach nursing school part time for a local college. To say I'm busy is an understatement, but I made this my priority. I met with Nate for a 12 week transformation and the results speak for themselves. What you CAN'T see is the complete shift of mindset and mood within me. I am a whole new me and my energy level is off the charts. I keep my diet clean and follow the plan. I am working on myself and trying to remind myself that there is more to life than that number on the scale. I look forward to every session, and I don't even mind getting up at 3:50 am some days to make it happen. The coaches at Wellness League are encouraging, non-judgmental, and give you that one on one training to track progress and show you proper technique. Started training with Nate after seeing an epic transformation of my friend he pulled off in 11 weeks. I'm only 2 weeks in and feel FABULOUS! Beyond losing 8lbs already, he has helped me achieve my diet goals by helping me plan my macros. He encourages me to push myself, but also knows when too much is too much.
