Yoga Central is a caring and nurturing studio environment and a great place to make new friends and develop a yoga practice both on and off the mat. I felt embraced by the warmth and compassion of both the teacher and the students and I easily assimilated into the group, even as a newbie and stranger. The work is based in mindful movement and the personal attention given to each participant is helpful and insightful--making for an experience beneficial to body, mind and soul. Social and intentional, this is a great place for a regular and consistent practice.

We stream the yoga classes online and have been lucky enough to attend a class in the studio. The staff and others attending the class are completely delightful and welcoming. Nothing short of amazing and pleasant. Aubrey is also an amazing massage therapist who gave me tons of relief from several injuries. I couldn’t speak highly enough or recommend this facility enough. Do yourself a favor and give this establishment a try, you won’t regret it!

I am a visitor to Wichita who has practiced yoga for over 30 years and attended Lisa's Sunday morning class hoping just to find a class where I could at least get some decent body work in. I got a lot more than that. I felt completely at home, as comfortable as though I was at home with my own long time teacher. What a wonderful instructor Lisa is, aware and even funny (what a real bonus). I cannot speak positively enough to describe my experience. Every time I am in Wichita I will attend this class.
