I found this studio underwhelming. Not well heated or enough humidity, instructors aren’t published on website, studio needs a reno badly, and modifications are verbally discouraged during class. 26 & 2 standard postures and breathing practices aren’t consistent.

First time anything Yoga. Blown away! What an amazingly positive experience. (Owner) led the class. Moved quickly, but was not difficult to keep up. She was also quick to jump in and help on several occasions during class for one on one instruction on poses I struggled with. Even offering an alternative that "might benefit me more" as i struggled with one in particular. The 30 day for $30 new member promo is an easy choice. I cant wait for the next class! Very easy and welcoming atmosphere and staff. Good work here!

I love this place! The owner is very nice and tries to insure that everyone is safe, has a good time and learns how yoga can help to enhance your life. I would recommend this place for folks that are new to yoga as well as folks that have been practicing for a long time. The people are friendly, the studio is very clean and the studio is centrally located. This is a locally owned and operated studio. Mary, the owner simply the best. I would definitely recommend trying Yoga out at Yoga Fix.

The teachers are fantastic and create a safe place to practice. I love the variety of classes. There is always a class I can make because there are so many to choose from.

Not a good place to be. The owner teaches a lot of classes and she isn't even a Trained of Certified Instructor, not ever RYT 200- the industry standard. She bullies her teachers and most of the experienced certified teachers were forced to leave and got replaced .
Otherwise the place is very clean and has a convenient schedule and good location.

I have been attending classes for several months now and my chronic hip pain is all but gone! I feel stronger than I've ever felt. The studio is clean and cheerful and the instructors are wonderfully helpful and knowlegable. So happy I found Yoga Fix!

Terrible experience. The teacher would not let me modify any of the poses for my ability and said if I kept trying to modify the poses that I would have to leave. Not what yoga is about at all.

Great studio and stellar teacher. Was in town and dropped in for the 6 pm Hot Yoga class. Loved it. The teacher was spot-on and the staff super friendly. Definitely recommend checking it out!
