Baptist Health Fitness Formula provides wellness services for the entire family. With four convenient locations in Western Kentucky along the I-69 corridor and Pennyrile Parkway, our fitness centers are staffed by trained professionals who can show you how to develop a healthy and personal exercise plan. Baptist Health Fitness Formula is a member of the Medical Fitness Association, and staff have access to the world’s largest network of medical fitness professionals. We have clean and friendly facilities that offer convenient parking and are open 7 days a week.
