Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I can honestly say I have loved every minute of every workout over the past year! I was always ‘just’ a runner and used to loathe every other gym or fitness facility I went to in the past…that certainly has not been the case here! Finding Burn Boot Camp - Ft. Mitchell, KY was like finding a gold mine — every trainer has been so helpful and knowledgeable, working with me and pushing me to achieve my goals. The managers, Childwatch caregivers, staff members have all been excellent and encouraging. They truly care about each and every person who walks through their doors.

I have been coming to this Burn location since September of 2023. It has become a lifestyle for me! The number of class times and app are really convenient !The members, staff and owners are amazing. It’s a community. I’ve never felt intimidated or afraid to walk in the doors. I can’t say enough good things about this gym! My daughter now works here in the childcare center.

I have been a member at burn bootcamp for 3 years and I absolutely love it. Anyone of any age, fitness level or skill is always welcomed there. They offer modifications for injuries, pregnancy, fitness ability or as needed. The trainers get to know you and are great about helping you reach your max potential. They also offer childcare during camps throughout the day, which is a huge convince for parents. I know the price of the membership is on the higher end, but I promise you it is worth it! Love my burn family

I've been coming to Burn for about a month now. I absolutely love it. The coaches are supportive without being pressuring. They have actually asked about my background & how I'm doing on multiple occasions. It makes me feel cared about! I just love the environment. Everyone is high-fiving and encouraging; the music playlists are amazing, the energy/hype is great. It makes me feel socialized as a postpartum mom. I can feel myself getting stronger and my endurance getting better. I really do feel better about myself after I go each time, and also just in general. Also, parking is in a lot, so that is super easy. The bathrooms are stocked with hair ties, dry shampoo, and deodorant - what more could you want? Thank you!

I started coming to Burn in December and it has been such a wonderful experience! From day one I was welcomed and encouraged. the best gym in NKY hands down! after my first class, i knew i would be a member. then, after my free week trial was up, i signed an 18 month membership! that membership is up next month & 100% will sign again.
the trainers are so knowledgeable. they make modifications for anyone who needs them. having the option to do meet with a coach one on one and go over goals & get on the inbody scanner is one of my favorite perks. the community is unmatched. it’s so uplifting & encouraging. i have met some of my best friends here at burn. i don’t have children yet, but LOVE that they have complimentary childcare.

I LOVE Burn Bootcamp! I signed up for a promotion Burn was running to test it out before committing to a membership. I quickly fell in love and just signed myself up for a membership today. They have a good selection of class times and some classes have child watch too. This makes it easy to fit a workout in my schedule and be able to put me first. The energy is positive and upbeat. It’s a good environment to be in. I can’t wait to continue on be a part of this community.

I’ve been a member at Burn Bootcamp Fort Mitchell since June 2020 and cannot imagine what life would be like without it. Burn is most definitely my happy a place. Being a mom of 3 boys I need a break to work on myself and Burn gives me that break (childcare is included in membership). I’m the fittest I’ve ever been at age 40 and I owe it to the amazing trainers and the ever changing protocols.

Burn Boot Camp is a great gym that is so supportive. I've been at burn almost 2 years and have worked out through a pregnancy. I'm so thankful for the trainers at burn for being so knowledgeable and supportive. I've felt safe throughout my pregnancy and working out. In addition to the knowledgeable staff the atmosphere is second to none. It's addicting and keeps you coming back each day. The childcare allows parents to workout while allowing their children to be in a safe environment. My kids love the childcare and ask to go to the gym with mom. I can't say enough good things about burn!

I joined Burn Bootcamp in June and I’m so happy I did - I only wish I had done it sooner! The staff and other members are so supportive of each other and it motivates me to visit almost daily.
The gym is clean and set up well. The workouts are planned down to the minute to maximize your time; it is efficient and consistent. It’s a great place for someone just starting a routine or someone who wants a trainer to push them in their current routine - there’s something for everyone!

I've never been a gym person (I like my solo outdoor runs) but tried out Burn with a little encouragement from my friend Amy who goes there. I've been converted! I love this place! I transferred my membership to the Ft. Mitchell location after being a member of the Lexington location for a couple years and everyone has been so welcoming. I miss my Lex family, but Ft. Mitchell truly knows how to kick my butt and stay motivated.
I know burn membership can feel pricey, but it’s competitive with the longer term commitments than other popular gyms! The variety and personalized training makes it so worth the price. The universal membership is a plus too! This gym changed workouts for me and has been the only style gym that I’ve been able to consistently commit to, so I can’t recommend it enough!

Although the workouts are fantastic, as are the members and staff, the pricing per month for this place is outrageous. I might do the $69 for the first month September special, but there’s no way I could pay the $180 a month, even if I could afford it, I wouldn’t pay that for a gym of any sort per month.

Run don’t walk to this amazing place! Any fitness level is accepted! I know first hand with being out of shape and knee issues how hard it is to get back to taking care of yourself but THIS place makes it happen! It’s not always easy but the amount of support from the staff, trainers, and the incredible community is like no other! This place has changed my mental health, made me stronger, taught me things I never thought of doing! If you think you can’t this place makes you say I CAN! EVERY workout pushes you harder than you can push yourself alone, and that is one of my Favorite things about BURN. This is an amazing place! I was nervous about attending at first, because I have been way out of shape for way too long and didn’t think I could get “back” to the old me. Burn has taught me, I want to be a new me, who is healthy and strong. The community of like minded individuals is so supportive and they hang in the trenches with you, and pull you up when you feel like you can’t give anymore. They learn your name and call you by it, I haven’t heard my actual name in years! Their trainers are filled with knowledge and want to share it all with you! I can’t say enough about Burn, and the community it has built! If you’re doubting, give it a go! Then burn bootcamp is the place for you! The protocol focuses on a different muscle group everyday working on both strength and endurance(cardio). The trainers are there to encourage you and ensure your form is correct. Burn is a community of women and men all there to improve themselves and encourage each other. Burn Boot Camp is inclusive of everyone and provides a great group workout to people of all fitness levels, there are modifications up or down to each workout so it’s for ALL! I’m never the strongest or the fastest, but I feel welcome, inspired, challenged and am always red faced or jello armed by the end of the class… and who doesn’t like jello? The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating and the entire community of members is supportive of each other. I always struggled with the prices of boutique gyms/studios because that is a lot of money to drop just to do the same style of workout over and over! Not with Burn! Burn provides all types of different workouts including both strength and cardio workouts of specific types and diverse styles. No two workouts are the same which makes it easy to want to come back multiple times a week! Having childcare included in the membership makes it easy to make time for me and my workout. The entire staff is incredible, welcoming and attentive with the trainers getting to know you and push you individually to your goals.

How to describe a family is hard to do. This place gives everything you would want. I never get bored or feel like I’m doing the same workout over and over. The trainers are unbelievable, and they believe in you. You don’t need to start by being fit to enter here! They help you modify to your own needs, and don’t worry no one is judging we are all just trying to survive. 5am rooster crew is where it’s at! And even when you think you should take a day off Saturdays are to Hype for that!

I heard about Burn Boot Camp this summer. My wife has been attending since this location opened. She’s had a lot of personal success and I could see her positive changes, both physically and mentally. I decided to try out a camp this year on September 1st and have been going 4-5 days a week ever since! The trainers are amazing and the atmosphere is so welcoming and encouraging. At first I was so nervous about going. I didn’t know anyone, and I was out of shape. Once I stepped foot in the gym, I felt right at ease. Everyone is so positive and helpful and it’s very empowering. Everyone is working on their own goals and are focused on themselves. There’s no judgement. It’s very personable. And if you’re struggling, the trainers are there to help you along. I’ve lost 17 lbs in just under 2 months and inches as well. I know I’ve gained muscle and have a better outlook on my health and well being. I strongly recommend this camp if you’re looking to become stronger, more fit, or looking to lose weight. The front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly as well. If you have little ones, they have child watch options as well! My son loves going to camp with us so he can play with the other kids! Overall, I give it 5 stars! 👏🏻👏🏻
