I absolutely love working out here! I’ve never been someone who stuck with a workout routine or understood how people could be so addicted to exercise — but now I get it! I am currently finishing up my 10th week. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely supportive, and the positive energy of everyone around me makes such a difference. I feel so much stronger, healthier, and more motivated every time I come in. The support and guidance Chris provides to his members and the members who surround me at the classes I go to (no matter which one) are amazing, and has made me excited about fitness in a way I never thought possible. Highly recommend edge body boot camp! Coming from someone who has never been a gym person.. just worked out at home by myself but I decided to push myself into a 6 week challenge and I’m so thankful that I did. Hi my name is Sherry Jenkins a 69 year old wife, mother and grandmother and a current member of EDGE BODY BOOTCAMP in Owensboro, KY. I'm writing this post with a little bit of reluctance because I really don't like attention drawn to myself. That being said Chris Zachary the owner, and our fierce trainer encouraged me. Please excuse my grammar and long windedness. These pictures were hard to post because I'm very self critical. But if my journey can help even one person to have faith and belief in theirselves it's worth it. I starting gaining weight around age 30 after my thyroid went bonkers, then at age 42 a hysterectomy was done for health reasons, 2006 was put on medicine for type 2 diabetes which was devastating. Because I had always played sports, exercised even when heavy but never really lost weight. Was trying very hard to lose but the covid came along a lot of things were shut down but kept walking and things outside to try again to get weight off and be healthier. Not much results. So in January of 2024 I joined EDGE BODY BOOTCAMP to lose weight, get healthy enough to control my type 2 diabetes and come off my meds..Well guess what after a lot of support from the trainers and the EBBC family that i get the privilege to workout with, all the classes available, podcasts of links for recipes, encouragement, run clubs, workouts posted we can do at home, impossible mile challenge, squat challenges I could go on and on...you get all these things and more for your membership. Anyway from January 2024 I'm officially down 49 lbs off my insulin, my AIC is 5, lower doses on my other meds also, hopefully off other meds at next Dr visit. So don't ever say you're too old, too fat, not strong or can't lose because of bad genes, bad thyroid, etc. Eat whole food, drink lots of water, exercise, get involed with a encouraging group of the people like EBBC and you can do it. Don't get me wrong I work hard and constantly have to watch putting junk in my body but I've realized in my 69th year I'm worth it!! I do it for me and for my family!! I CAN DO ALL THINGS THRU CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME!! Thank you Chris Zachary and everyone involved with EDGE BODY BOOTCAMP❤️❤️❤️

Edge Body Bootcamp is a fantastic workout! There are tons of classes so it’s easy to find one that works for your schedule. I love it because I find the gym to be daunting but at Edge, it’s always a varied and challenging workout. I don’t have to think about it, I just get it done. If you enjoy group classes in a challenging but also fun atmosphere, give Edge a try! It’s a great and supportive community and the trainers are awesome!

Edgebody Boot camp provides a 30 minute workout multiple times a day to choose from while making new friends, build your confidence and make you feel good about your self. This program can be as limited or limitless as you make it. 6 days a week multiple opportunities to workout a day. Give it a try. The staff is second to none and fun to work with. This is great for people who are tired of boring gym workouts. I thought it was way out of my league because i was new to working out, but chris and all the trainers helped me every step of the way. To showing me correct lifting techniques, to customizing me a meal plan that balanced my macros giving me energy throughout the day. Edge body is great for seasoned vets and beginners just like me!

Oh, where to start!? A 6-week challenge has turned into a new lifestyle. I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to this place. It's been over 1 year, and I make new goals every few weeks. I've lost around 60 lbs and down 4 pant sizes. Why stop now? Chris is the best! He answers all my dumb questions and also pushes me when I need it. This isn't just about health and fitness. My husband and I started at Edge Body Boot Camp last March. It’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made. Since then we’ve lost about 30 pounds all together and my husbands blood pressure has significantly improved. Edge body is like a family and an amazing support system to push you towards your fitness goals. The exercises rotate everyday which I love because it’s always something different. The trainers are there to answer questions, give advice and just chat about life. If you’ve been thinking about joining let this be your push to start! If you're going for their "free" 6 week bootcamp. Just a fair warning, once you get there, it isn't free. They do charge a $97 refundable fee. I guess refundable if you finish the 6 weeks? I'm not sure, I walked out since there were hidden fees.

Just finished my first 6 week challenge and I loved it! It’s like having a personal trainer but in a group setting. I felt the workouts were easy to navigate and I never left without feeling accomplished. If you’re looking for a place to break a sweat and gain motivation this is your place. I joined EBBC a little over 2 years ago, and it's still one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health. I continue to attend 3-4 classes a week. I have witnessed enough growth that we needed to move into a much larger facility!
The trainers are very knowledgeable and caring. They challenge me and help to ensure that I reach my goals. When I joined, one of my goals was to be strong enough to do "real" push-ups. Now, two years later, I can do "real" push-ups, and I hope that someday I can do "explosive" push-ups or maybe even a one-arm push-up! Hey, the sky's the limit!
I don't have an impressive "before and after" picture transformation, but I have gained so much by being a member of EBBC. I joined to lose some baby weight after 3 children had taken their toll on my body. I have lost quite a bit of weight, but most of my progress and success isn't determined by the numbers on the scale. I have dropped several clothing sizes. I have watched the notches keep tightening on my favorite belt until it is too big to fit anymore. But one of the most important benefits for me has been that my back hardly ever hurts anymore. I've suffered chronic back pain on and off since college. However, since joining EBBC, my back pain is rare to non existent!
I can't say enough good things about the EBBC family. I say "family" because it really feels that way. Everyone encourages each other and celebrates successes together. EBBC gives a lot back to the community, including supporting local charities and nutrition education. If you're serious about your health and well-being and want to experience one of the most intense and successful fitness programs available, I highly recommend trying EBBC. You won't be disappointed!

Oh boot camp, how I loathe thee. And yet I keep coming back for more. The name 'boot camp' can be intimidating, but honestly, it really isn't. They set up the workouts in such a way that anyone can do it. You rotate through various stations, so you are never spending much time at any one exercise. The fast pace keeps you moving and the time passes before you know it. A love/hate relationship with the trainers is guaranteed (looking at you, Chris), but I wouldn't have it any other way.

If you've been thinking about trying Edge Body Boot Camp, I say just GO FOR IT!! You won't regret it! I've been going now for about a year and a half and I'm the strongest I ever have been in my life! I love how EBBC give back to the community with the different charity challenges. The trainers are the BEST!! They switch up what you do every day so you never know what to expect when you walk thru the door. I've never been disappointed with a workout. A friend & I are doing the 16 day rapid fat loss & I became addicted to boot camp. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we are going into day 8 & we still have not rec'd the nutritional information that was suppose to be a part of this package. I have greatly increased my strength and stamina over the past 8 weeks. It's amazing how much better I feel. Every class challenges me as well as affirms that I am getting stronger by what I am able to do. This is a great support group from the trainers to the members. This class is not just in a room, it's on Facebook with social media support as well. Love these people and this fitness method!

Edge Body Boot Camp...more than a company, more than a business, they are a way of life. They are friends and most importantly, they are family. If you want to make a difference in your life and make REAL changes, EBBC is the way to go. More classes are being offered all the time so you can incorporate EBBC into your schedule, not form your schedule around your workouts. The best fitness/health decision I've EVER made. None of the gym memberships, home gyms, bikes or fitness videos can compare. You simply have to experience being in the element, with the energy of your trainer and colleagues, which can't be duplicated- period. I love the workouts that we do everyday, the people that come to camp are great too. We are always introduced to new workouts and continue to push ourselves to perform better than the previous weeks. I strongly recommend Edge Body Boot Camp.
