This is the best gym I've ever been to hands down. You can tell this owner is putting his heart and soul into this place. It's great if you're just a beginner or if you're at Ronnie Coleman's (a pro's) level. I'm excited to see where this gym is headed.

Been to most of the gyms in the area, this one is by far the best. Owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. Several personal trainers to choose from if that’s what you are looking for. Very good atmosphere. Been a member for over a year and haven’t seen the slightest bit of drama. The owner is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about fitness and exercise. He sells personalized meal plans and workout plans, that work wonders. I bought one of each from him and am actually losing fat and getting stronger, which is challenging for me, also my overall health is better, more energy, sleep better at night, my lab work is the best it’s been in years. 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

LTS is a top notch facility. You absolutely can not beat the atmosphere, professionalism, and cleanliness of this gym! The employees are always eager to greet you and help if you need anything. LTS also provides a kids area which is a great add on. My kiddos are more than content watching Disney+ while I get my work out in!

Legion training studio is like my second home!! I love the place, love the atmosphere and love the people, they are like family!
