I pay for 24/7 membership. This location is not 24/7. Not to mention, the app says free fitness training is offered but when I asked the small, older lady about this she assured me that they do not offer that. Really love this location. I am a new member here. Been on my weight loss journey for awhile and finally decided to join the gym. This location is close to my home. I am a black card member and also my mother is too. I am also a tanner so doing works out then tan, works out great for me. I can get everything done in one location. My mother feels the same way. Customers and staff are both very nice. The gym is clean and we feel very safe and comfortable at this location. The tanning beds are great. The massage beds are very relaxing for me. I just started to use the total body enhancement bed. I was a little disappointed because the floor plated did not vibrate or move. I hit the button on the machine but nothing. Not sure if i was doing it wrong or if it was broken. I was going to tell the guy at the front desk but there was 4 customers in front of me and he was busy. But my next visit i am going to ask them to show me how to use it incase i was doing it wrong. I hope if its broke they can fix it to. I am very excited to get the full benefits from that bed. I have lost 50lbs on my journey and with the help of planet fitness i am going to lose 50lbs plus gain some muscles!

It's 9:36 well over 20 plus minuets before the gym closes. I ask to use the massage chair and they say no because they have to clean it. So they clean before they close what since does that make if your open your open not partially closed that's when you clean up and leave.

Sometimes you get friendly employees sometimes not. I think the night shift ones are more standofffish than day shift. The massage beds are not all that exicting and hard like a rock. Good cardio machines and other machines. The weights don't get cleaned despite having spray all over the gym because after touching the metal handles my hands smelled strong like dirty coins or pennies. Overall it's a small gym and definitely has "radcliff vibes". If u know what i mean. I will check out the other location for my final judgment on PF. This one's average and just OK.

You can open an account anywhere through a mobile phone but good luck canceling without going in person. They initially sign you up through ACH but take your initial fee by card, so even if you block their transactions through your bank account, they’ll just start charging your card on file instead and hope you don’t notice. The gym has just about every piece of equipment you could want but for sure is still missing a good amount compared to the larger planet fitnesses. The gym is good though for being a smaller one but at certain times of the day you can't get to use specific equipment because there are too many people using it. Specifically weight machines. So I would say that's the only downfall but other than that still I woukd recommend it to others in my area. So best gym in the small town but go a little further and there's much better.

I had a bad experience at this location. With a worker named Linda. In front of several people she yelled out 3 times she has not been here on over 1000 days. It is hard enough to go in and workout you add a worker at the gym making me so embarrassed. I did stay. That old lady is not going to stop me. But, I will not come back to this location ever again.

This PF is incredibly clean and well kept. All machines are in good working condition, bathrooms are well stocked and the floors are clean. The majority of the users are great gym customers and tidy up after they workout.

A small note of gratitude I left my water bottle (a gift from my kid with my name on it) a week or more ago and forgot about it. I asked if they had a lost and found and my bottle was back in the office. They asked me to describe it and and I did, they gave it back to me. I am so happy because many places just toss or let others walk off with left belongings.

Basically, if you’re elderly, female, or both, this is your place. Anyone else will want to pass on this location.

If you’re older and just looking for a place where you can leisurely spend a few hours and break a sweat, or if you’re just looking for a place where you can tan, and then walk on a treadmill for an hour, this is absolutely the place for you.

If you’re younger and looking for an actual workout, look elsewhere. The strength equipment is severely limited, dumbbells only up to 75 lbs, and there is exactly zero free weight barbell equipment. They have 3 smith machines that are 100% in use every minute of the day. Other than that, you have machines and cardio equipment.

Great spot! Would had received 4 Stars if they had a stretch rack and if the Smith machines were positioned properly. This is the only PF I have visited in the country where the Smith machines do not face the mirrors so you can see yourself on the incline bench and while squatting. I inquired and was told management was aware and the machines have been backwards for years. I will not visit this PF on days I exercise chest. For me, this is not a vanity issue, it is a safety issue to ensure proper form when exercising. I hope they fix it soon.

I can say this one was small and not in a bad way. Only thing "I" missed was the ab slide but that's pretty rare anyhow. The staff here was spectacular and the facility was clean despite significant traffic. Would have been a fiver but I seen some swoedumb throw the weights down, not drop, although he did drop them often other times!
I've seen a few special Eds throughout the country do this, unaware that the gym fees only go up if you break the equipment, however never actually seen them thrown down!

Good gym a little crowded (equipment wise) but very disappointed in the hrs changing. I workout starting at 3:30 or 4 a.m. everyday for 2 hrs before work. Now I'll have to find another gym (20 minutes away instead of 2) as some days they don't open till 6 a.m. I'm sure it's because they can't find help and I understand.

I go to the planet fitness in radcliff and I honestly thought it was going to be like every other gym but it’s not I love going there and being able to work out without the annoying gym rats as my family calls them criticizing me as the staff at the radcliff gym are amazing I wasn’t able to go for a few days and my friends when I came back my friends were telling me the staff was asking about me and if I was ok I had only been going there for two weeks and they already had taken me as a regular and were worried when I wasn’t able to go I promise this to anyone who is wanting to go there it is worth it the staff is amazing and has a all around amazing atmosphere

The lady who helped me setup my account was very friendly and made sure I had it all sorted and even gave me tips on saving money which was nice. They were really busy but I could tell she was doing her best to stay focused on me. They have a lot of equipment but sometimes they are busy and it seems everything is taken. I usually do a HIT workout so I use the 360 area and it was pretty packed when I visited. I had to wait a bit to find a spot for my workout. Otherwise, it was nice. No complaints really.

Worst PF I've been to . Less equipment than average. Very poor placement , machines are so close to the wall you can't even operate them all normally also very close together. Locker room was closed when I arrived due to "female cleaning " so I had to stand around and wait to change. Smith machine wasn't working properly aswell . I travel for work and have been to well over 20 pf's this one ranks well below any others . It was clean though

Absolutely love going to this place! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love that they have a stand up tanning bed. I try and invite all my friends coworkers and family to join or to try it out with me. Getting the black card is the best for the price. If you're worried about catching Covid, either for your sake or bringing it home to loved ones. I'd be a bit wary of this place.

Pros: They are forcing space by using every other cardio machine; they are sanitizing periodically, and they have the establishment decently ventilated.

Cons: Mask enforcement stops after the front door. Most people had it tugged down onto their chin while they worked out, even when walking past the front desk. The sign-in desk also didn't seem to be checking anyone's temperature prior to workout. And while their cardio equipment was limited for the sake of social distancing, the rest of their machines were not... and this is a very popular establishment.

I hope to return months in the future once things calm down, but for now I'm going to stay clear. Stay safe, all!

I think my home club may have me spoiled, so instead of 3 stars I went to 4. I have to be at work super early so I come in super early. No attendant at the counter for me to get my hydro massage or tanning in when I come in or 35 minutes later after my workout. The hydro beds only do 7 min instead of 10 and the beds are outdated. Where I'm from isn't extremely nice, but somehow their tanning equipment is off the charts. Can't say the same for this location. Again, I could just be spoiled because my home gym is amazing.
