Cant even call to get a membership. I've called 5 days in a row with no answer. It is in your "business hours" Guess I'm going elsewhere

Absolute joke of a place. Maybe the tumbling is decent but the gym side is pathetic. Everything is wore down and dilapidated, with the premium I'm paying I would like my gym equipment to not be rusted and seats tore up. Not to mention the damn near impossibility to cancel your membership. They staff their kids at the front desk and when you ask about canceling they just shrug and say to come back later. I've called multiple times in a day and no one answers and the voice-mail box is full. Apparently the only way you can cancel is in person or sending a letter via their Facebook post which also claims they will dispute any charge backs.
TLDR: Go to plant fitness instead.

This place is so poorly run! I wish there was negative star ratings. When trying to sign up we kept running down there trying to find someone working there...it took us a month of trying to sign up! If someone was working, it was a teen they hired who had no ability to sign us up. This should have been my cue to steer clear of this place! After a year, we decided to cancel our membership in favor of another gym. I called, visited and messaged to Facebook to cancel our membership and not charge us a renewal...none of this was successful. My Facebook messages were seen but not responded to. So I ended up with a charge of $466. I disputed it with the credit card company who also could not get a response so they credited us back the $466. The very next day pride charged us AGAIN!!! This place is run like passive income and their practices are fraudulent! Just don't. There are other better gyms to use in our area!

Iv been going to this for a few months now and I have a lot to say with my experience first if ur over 20 like me you will find hoards of high schoolers just hanging out I feel it’s more of a hangout place then a place to workout second yes we are asked to sanitize after we use equipment and most of us do that but places where no one who works out cleans like the bottom and the rail of the stair masters are disgusting and I don’t think have ever been cleaned half the ellipticals are Jammed and don’t work I feel for 20 dollars a month your better going to planet fitness half the price

Place is a joke, not one mask. Will not be going here for anything. Was told since they sanitize they don't require it, I like to know how they sanitize the air since this is an Airborne virus that's killing thousands of people everyday

My step daughter went there. Very snobby place for children. They pick favorites, it's one thing to have children they work with as a group, but it's another to see only a few struggle and not get extra help. One year an 8 year olds there costs near 3k and cant cartwheel. Let alone the uniform shirt was lost for a long time so she had to wear the shoes (300.00u.s.d.) and bottoms with a plain tshirt while the rest wore the whole outfit...smh at the staff of this place. But for fitness it's a good place to go. Just not for what I was there for. I'm sleazy fit without those machines.

Clean, open 24/7 no waiting for machines as they're plenty. Also have heavy weights.
