Love this gym. I didn’t expect to find a good gym after moving to the Brodhead area but I did. Very clean, staff is always friendly, and they play Christian music (which is a plus). Highly recommend this place.

I’ve never felt more welcomed at a gym than I do here. The owners are some of the best people you could ever meet—kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the gym. Whether you need help with something or just a spot on the bench, they’re always there to assist. Chris, a licensed trainer, offers teaching and training sessions for just $20, adding even more value to your experience.

The gym is impeccably clean, with the staff always on top of maintaining a pristine environment. Every morning I walk in, I feel right at home. I’ve been going for three months now and have no plans to change that!

Come and gain some strength—I did it and am still doing it. I know you can too!
