My name is Ben and I'm the owner of the Snap Fitness located on Towne Center Drive. Fair and honest reviews, whether positive or negative, are helpful and welcomed by me. The review by Tyler Miller, however, is an example of how the review process is often used in a malicious and untruthful manner.

Miller was not a member of our gym. He continuously would sneak into the gym with his friend Jacob, who did not have a joint membership. I gave Miller an ample opportunity to rectify the matter but actually paying for a membership did not appear to be high on his list of priorities. That, of course, is unfair to the paying members and to me. When I finally had to ban them both from the gym Miller said he would post bad reviews in retribution, so that's all this one is about.
