I'm disappointed with the facilities. At times I'm not able to access the tanning due to someone playing with the computer, not able to utilize equipment that once were up stairs,, according to staff only so many people can hook up to the WIFI, there's many of times myself and three others are in the facilities and I'm not able to get the WIFI. They do not have a problem withdraw in my payment but yet I do NOT get what I signed up for. The facility has not gotten better 😞.

I have tried various times to cancel my membership, yet I received an email saying it's still active and my account is still being charged. I have called customer service, and was told to call the home gym. I called the home gym and the line is busy and no one picks up. Horrible company.

I’ve visited this gym many times and I’m astounded that it is always dirty. Downstairs gets vacuumed but I don’t think they notice upstairs at all. Cob webs, floor definitely not taken care of, hardly ever soap or napkins upstairs and for three days in a row there was no toilet paper upstairs. On top of all that I told one of the workers there was a booger on the door and it’s still been there over a month later. Most convenient gym but so gross. Considering the fact that there’s a pandemic and they still don’t keep it clean says a lot.
Additionally half the treadmills need to be serviced bc the belts will snag and trip you up. Law suit waiting to happen.

An elderly lady just fell off the tred mill and the girl behind the desk didn't even get up because she was talking to a customer, the elderly lady was bleeding all over the floor from a cut on her finger. Who came to help some other ladies working out, they were told go in the office there is a first aid box in there,. No do you need an ambulance or are you hurt which she o b viously was. I have lost all respect for this place. i will continue to work ou there only because that is the only game in town.

Great place to get a workout. I'm from out of town and visit family a few times a year, this gym always accommodates me. If your into walking around, looking at yourself in the mirror, this is not your gym. People come to workout.

I love going here to work out. It's clean, friendly & nice workout equipment. Never really that crowded. They even have nice big air conditioned tanning beds. They only qualms I have are that the tanning bulbs isn't very hot. I definitely would recommend going there for the workout.

Great gym, I feel comfortable there. Staff are beyond helpful and very wonderful. I have never seen anyone treated poorly or the place dirty. I am in there often at different times. I love, love, love that it is open 24/7. Workout Anytime is for everyone...all levels of fitness...any questions ask the staff, they have always been sweet and helpful. Jp and Jodi, thank you!!! This place is awful. Hands down one of the worst places I’ve been to. Brought my girlfriend the first day and the workers wouldn’t stop cat calling to her and staring. To go along with that the gym is very dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone.

Guy comes in around 8 a.m. and turns the music up...makes it difficult to hear your own music, the TV or talk to your friends as you work out. The half of the gym near the door is not as cool as the back half. Could REALLY use some fans to better circulate the A/C.
