I worked out here for a year while on a work assignment. This place saved my mental health and fitness.
There's equipment for CrossFit, Powerlifting, strongman, and general fitness. Some of it is pretty beat up but still plenty usable. I never had to wait for anything (was there early morning) and I was able to get great CrossFit style workouts in without anyone objecting to me dropping weights.
All the members are friendly and work hard. Its rates are extremely reasonable too. This might be the best gym in a 100 mile radius. Definitely check it out!

AMAZING old school gym. Very very spacious with more than enough equipment to do any choice of exercise. Also, 10 bucks for a week pass is exceptional while comparing to other gyms I've visited while working out of town. Gentleman at the front desk gave me a complete walk through and was more than helpful answering any questions.

Great place to work out. Price is fair for what all they have to offer, sauna room, lots of equipment weight room friendly staff. Kid play area if I have to bring my girls. The best hydro massage chair I ever been on. Highly reccomend

I appreciate it's 24/7, but it just doesn't seem like a welcoming place. The color scheme for the inside is atrocious but I do appreciate the sauna and different equipment. Overall, it's a good place to go work out, but could use some improvements

Had never been inside. Got a tour and was impressed with the condition of the equipment, the cleanliness, friendly employee who gave us the tour. The cost for a month is a little higher than expected at $36.

Good assortment of cardio, cables, kettlebell and free weights. Sauna and tanning bed on-site. Good for fitness and for serious strength training. CrossFit and aerobics classes sometimes limit access to the sled and other equipment but there are alternative machines and racks for most exercises. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Lots of machines so there's virtually no wait time. Love the sauna and tanning beds! The fact that they're open 24/7 is a plus and they honor my Silver Sneaker card through Blue Cross Blue Shield!

It's a little pricey but the gym is solid. Plenty of up to date equipment and designated rooms for certain activities. There isn't much room for parking so be prepared to park about a block away. Be sure to ask about their three month plan discount!
