I’ve been a member at the gym for over eight years now and I absolutely love it! I’ve never had an issue with being judged and never have felt unsafe. They have security cameras, a great childcare room, and the classes are so good!! I personally love that there’s several rooms to workout in if you feel like being antisocial! Highly recommend ❤️

Gym is great been going for a while now my only complaint is the hours doesn’t give people that much time to get there and do what they need to do especially getting off of school and work I would like to get there late or early, also kinda takes away the point of a 24hour gym

The trampolines are a bit old and squeaky, but overall the place is nice and has great deals.
Oh, my 3yo broke his leg there because an older kid jumped from a hight on him. Usually there is staff watching everyone, but not this time.

Good staff, has everything you need. Don't maintain their equipment though. Cables need oiling and some benches need their screws tightened for the leg braces, as they are about to fall off. Can be dangerous.

This is a review of the massage services there. I have been going for quite a while to see Tanya. She was awesome and always made my body help recover from hard workouts. A new lady is there and while her style is quite different from tanya she is just as good. So if you need recovery from your workouts go see one of the therapists here.

The place has all the machines and weights you could need but the weights are old and get stuck on the bar need to take rubber on the inside of weights out. When I come in the mornings the trash is always overflowing. It's not clean. If the YMCA wasn't so far away that would be a better choice.
