Horrible manager with anger issues. Don't ask her about anything . Most people transfer to Prism on Keyser because of her.
There was an error on her payment system. I've tried to ask by email and she goes nuts as usual.
I sent an email this morning asking about reversal of my payment. She sends this email

I have never experienced more unprofessionalism until dealing with the management at this establishment. The amount of money issues we have had due to people not being trained correctly and just not being provided correct information is ridiculous. Being double charged for multiple and then them continuing to be charge after we ended our contract. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

My daughter and her husband had a contract here and moved out of state. Prior to leaving they provided a copy of the lease and have CONTINUED to be charged monthly!! We have called, left messages and nobody even calls us back. If it goes on the credit report I'm going to be highly upset and dispute the charges because it's completely unauthorized. The owner was repeatedly rude to my daughter and has refused to cancel this contract even though all the steps were taken. Very unprofessional, I do NOT advise!!! They are not even BBB certified, but I left a complaint anyway..

Good place to workout! You can do your own thing without ever having to talk to anyone. There's no classes, only the occasional personal trainer. But there's so many options to work out, you'll find something you like.

I signed a 2 year contract with this gym. I finished paying the 24 months, even after moving to a different city, then randomly got a call from collections saying I owed the gym around $250. Be very careful if you sign a contract here, because they are very misleading. They will say they verbally explain the steps. I would recommend going to a different gym to avoid the hassle and the credit score hit they will give you. They also said they “tried reaching out to me” when I have no calls, voicemails, emails, etc from them trying to contact me. Take this info how you will.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. My entire time with this facility was horrible and problematic. After moving to another state and providing documentation the manager still charged me for multiple months and refused to remove the funds and threatened to add them to collections to alter my credit score. I hope you think twice before you sign a contract with them because the extra hidden fees and unnecessary attitude the manager provides is horrible. I wish i could give them 0 stars.

I should've trusted the bad reviews 😔 equipments are good & place is clean (3 stars), payment is a bit inconvenient - can't get off contract even if you're a truck driver that is barely home (must change your permanent address to somewhere further than 50 miles apparently), service is great only at the beginning of your membership (and before you join), lastly and the most annoying part is that they removed the door for the hydro massage room. How are you suppose to feel comfortable laying flat on your back to relax knowing that anyone can enter the room?

Do not use this gym, I was mislead when signing up! They will tell you anything to get you to sign up and then screw you over when it’s time to part ways and you will be stuck in a contract and will continue to have to pay for a gym you can’t even use! The dishonesty is just appalling!

As a military member I have been to many many gyms in just as many states and locations. I’ve done big chains like 24 hour fitness, Anytime Fitness, Planet Fitness, and One Life Fitness and I’ve tried Rec centers and military gyms. All Hours Fitness is by far my favorite gym. It’s large and very clean as well as great equipment and very friendly staff. I 100% recommend this gym.

Horrible! Would give a zero star rating if I could! Is a scam of a business! They will charge you $50 for so calling someone in when you don’t even know the person! Without even asking you about the situation!!! Manager is unprofessional and didn’t even have the balls to come talk to me in person but charge my account expeditiously! When I showed up to the business to have a conversation about the $50 charge see refuse to talk to me. The other work raise a child and doesn’t know what she doing!!!! I had to come into town for a couple of days, and the staff was very accommodating in getting me set up. The equipment is in great condition, and the facility is updated and clean. If you’re local or just visiting, I highly recommend that you visit.

Ownership is very inexperienced, tanning beds are not maintained up to state code, which should be clean after every use! Staffing ends at 6 p.m. After 6 p.m. it's a free-for-all WITH NO accountability by the gym. If there is no staff for 12+ hrs how is it cleaned or maintained?

My wife and I were members of this gym until COVID-19 hit then the gym closed for awhile and reopened. After reopening we were uninterested in returning due to Covid concerns and we tried to cancel our membership. We were told no and that we’d be responsible for every dollar due according to our contract. Our contract said nothing about a pandemic. We quit going to the gym and quit paying the monthly bill and these low down money hungry people put a $423 collection on my wife’s credit. What a lousy company! The monthly fee means more to this company than anything. Believe me stay clear of this company. Nice place, horrible management! I literally only visited this establishment once for over $500. What a workout!

Time to end contract after 2.5 years. Gave them notice on two occasions and still charged The next month anyway. After speaking to Tina she said she would call me back by Monday since she did not work weekends. Well of course not so I called. I was given three different reasons of why they charged me an additional month. Not nice about it. When I get upset she said she absolutely did not say she would call back. Well if your looking into my membership issue why would you not call me back. Now mind you I elected not to freeze the membership during the pandemic closing and opted for the two month voucher they promised. It took me twice to get that taken care of before the extra month charge issue. I asked to speak to the owner after Tina got ugly and she said ABSOLUTELY NOT! And hung up. Can you afford to treat your guests this way? Unacceptable

I played division 1 football, traveled to many different schools, and have been to many gyms across the country. With all honesty All Hours Fitness in Natchitoches, La is the nicest. I was blown away when I walked in there. They have something for every fitness level, positive environment, and camaraderie! The staff is so very nice and so are your fellow gym-goers. It’s an honor to call AHF my gym-home.

I am extremely impressed with this place...I'm only out here visiting but I definitely am glad that I found this place.. the equipment is heavily focused on heavy weight training..it's not like most of the trendy gyms where you walk inside and everything is cardio and some weights...there's enough equipment in here to do numerous exercises for each individual body part... If you're ever in the area it's well worth it...

Told us the contract is void if we move 50 miles away from the Natchitoches location we moved out of town almost 90 miles away! and then told us that they had one in Ruston and that now we have to move 50 miles from that location as well. No way am I driving almost 40 minutes to go to a gym. Save your money and go to another gym, this one is just money hungry.

Brand new Hoist equipment that's always clean and re-racked. Good mix of cardio equipment,
free weights, and cable machines. Fingerprint entry, tanning beds, hydro massage chair, weekly challenges, video workout programs, changing rooms, shower, women's only side. No sauna that I'm aware of.

I absolutely love this gym; it has everything I need and then some. When I first started it was still fairly new and picking up steam in terms of clientele, but lately it's tough to even find a parking spot due to the steady influx in patronage.
