this was on the tv for 4+ hrs straight. picture of a guy on hospital bed.. ? straight up weird.

also staff are so rude & judgey. why are they always huddled around the entrance doors? each time i walk in they eye me up & down. not even a smile or hello. u couldn’t even tell they work here. when u actually need help, they’re no where to be found.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! They had us paying for TWO MEMBERSHIPS AT THE SAME TIME! We went in to add me to my husbands plan thinking I would just be added but instead they created ANOTHER MEMBERSHIP without STOPPING THE OTHER ONE. We just realized for MONTHS we have been paying DOUBLE THE PRICE. They now refuse to give us a refund saying it was our fault we didn't cancel the other membership. How does any of this make sense,

Anyways 10/10 do not recommend. They will waste your money.

Clean have what you need for a complete work out. There is a women's only side but we have access to entire gym. There is a children's lounge no sitter. For the most part nice gym

This gym is hands down the best I have been to in Central Louisiana. The staff here show the most outstanding customer service and offer a remarkable gym membership! All Hours Fitness is by far one of the cleanest and best ran gyms in the area.

I joined the Pineville location approximately 8 months ago. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Building and equipment is maintained and kept clean. Yes, it gets busy at times but even at the busiest times, I’ve never had an issue with finding equipment to use, due to the various options available throughout the building. Since joining, I’ve lost about 35 pounds and part of that is I feel comfortable enough going there to workout without feeling judged. Other members and staff have been helpful when needed. The hydro massage bed is nice to use after working out as well.

Prices are unbeatable, the equipment is up to date. The people there are not judge mental they are there for the same reason as you and always help if they can . The music is not just for one group of people but make it a variety for everyone’s liking. Almost a year strong with them and plan on to continue for many many years 🤞🏾🤙🏾

Not only was a previous member For a few years but even got a job here . Atmosphere is great all around helping hands from staff and members . Have been into my fitness journey for about 8 years now and tried all local gyms in Alex and Pineville by far the best when it comes to cleanliness , equipment , space for workouts . 10/10 recommended not as a staff but a fellow gym enthusiast .

If I could leave less than one star I would. 20 out of 10 don't recommend! Staff ON DUTY is terrible & can be found if you look hard enough as many of them are working out with headphones on. These people review camera footage and call you if you don't rack your weight, even if you have to remove weight on the machine you want to use from the previous user before. Spoke with Travis and he was not concerned or interested in helping, they will lock you out even though you're paid in full & then they want to charge you a 25$ fine. I asked to terminate my contract & be refunded as I paid 6 months in full to which he refused. Not a friendly atmosphere at all.

This location is horrible. A new building will not make the atmosphere better. Walking in and having 4 or more employees sitting around is not very welcoming. It's very unnerving for someone with disabilities and overwhelming anxiety.

Checked in for a daily pass. They had just opened. I've been to a lot of gyms, and this is one of the best. Really wish it was closer to where I live. Was somewhat a pain getting set up for the daily pass, but I wouldn't take any stars away because they are just opening. Solid facility.

Just submitted a complaint to the manager about an employee, even told them the time they could check the cameras and was told “I don’t need to see the cameras because I know he would never do anything wrong”. Save your money and go elsewhere.

it's okay for the price. the option of a women's only side is the reason I joined but the room is extremely small with a few treadmills, one recumbent bike, 2 ellipticals and 6 or 7 strength machines all packed tightly in. the men's side has a nice big room with door you can go in for stretching, online guided workouts, floor exercises with mats,ect. but you risk walking directly in path of muscle men doing their weights. awkward. they have cheap spic and span bottles to "sanitize" after use of machines with the basic brown paper towels. invest in some actual sanitizer maybe? I bring my own. they do have a hydrobed but is 10 extra bucks a month If you want to use and only 10 mins allowed per day. Planet Fitness is free with your membership. I just moved and this place is close to home.

I signed a ONE year contract and they continue to charge me after the year was up. I called and they said I have to write a letter that I quit the gym. Hell I quit going ten months ago but figured they would stop charging me after the ONE year was up. I was wrong. They could have called when the year was up but 90 percent of the time they don't answer the phone.
