I have never been to a place where I tried to voice my concern about a way an employee treating me for him to tell me that’s just the way that the employee talked and he didn’t see that she said or did anything wrong Does not sit well with me then what’s the point of voices your concern if you’re not gonna do anything about it or tell me that you don’t think you employee did anything wrong if I’m coming to you about my account the proper thing to do was to close the door

I signed up for a 6-month contracted membership in March 2023. When the membership would expire in August 2023, I reminded the company over the phone and also came in-person to confirm that I don't want to continue the membership as I will not be local to the gym at that point. It is now October 2024 and out of nowhere I am getting calls from collections saying I OWE $200. Keep in mind, the contract was ended and fully paid up until August 2023. This business is shady. Period.

I would rank this a zero star if I could. Do not use this gym if you may even have the slightest thought you will move. You have to be 50 miles away from the nearest All hours fitness to cancel, so if you live in Shreveport they expect you to drive to Minden to go to the gym. Its ridiculous and very poor business operations.

I have been a member at this gym for over three years all together. When we had any problems, we got to sit down and talk with the manager face to face and get things resolved. This is a family friendly gym, they have security cameras, and have staffed hours from 4-7. Overall it’s a good gym with good customer service.

Great gym with great staff and customer service! I lost my key fob to my car while working out and couldn't find it anywhere. After I had my spare brought to me and contacted the gym on Facebook, one of the staff went to the gym and searched until they found the fob wedged far up under a workout machine. As if that wasn't enough, they even delivered it to my husband at his work in town. Truly above and beyond customer service

I have been a member at this gym for more than 4 years. It is extremely affordable and has really great equipment. Any concerns I have had were handled promptly. The gym is maintained well and is staffed from 4pm-7pm. This gym is a really good value.

Its a great place to work out. I have been a member for over a year and have always felt very comfortable there. The memberships are very affordable. I've never found it overly crowded and there's plenty of equipment - especially treadmills and elliptical machines!

This has got to be the worst gym. I travel throughout the county and have seen bad gyms but this one is bad. Says on the door new members between 4 n 7pm. I waited 30min for the doors to open n guess what......nobody answers the door. I highly recommend nobody goes to this place!!!!!!!!!!!
