My 14-year son, who has quadriplegic cerebral palsy, has been strength training with Julie 4 times a week since July 2018. The benefits are clear, his back is straighter, his glutes and quads are stronger, he has more endurance and trunk strength than ever before and he has a lot fun. Julie is not only an excellent personal trainer, but she has a background in special education and was not afraid when I approached her 9 months ago to see if she would be willing to design and implement a full body strength training program for my son. She was excited for the challenge, took the time to read and follow up on the research/educational materials I provided her, and she ensured that she had the appropriate equipment and modifications to meet his needs. She tracks his progress, is constantly thinking about creative ways to challenge him, while also being flexible when he is having a tough day due to his physical challenges. Julie and my son have a very sweet relationship, she certainly has earned a soft spot in his heart and he always looks forward to seeing her. Thank you Julie for becoming an integral member of my son’s team.

As someone who is in process for the FBI’s special agent career, I couldn’t have achieved the goal of passing my PFT without Julie. For anyone looking to achieve a passing objective or to get in shape she’s one of the best in The country. I would recommend her over anything for anything fitness or endurance training. I can’t thank Julie enough for helping me to achieve my goals.

I came to All Inclusive Health on a recommendation from a friend after her hearing me complain about other gyms. Admittedly, I had some preconceived bias of personal trainers. Julie and her staff have completely changed my opinion. She listens to my needs and comes up with plans that work for me. I have a bad ankle from an old injury. For years, it ached every morning causing me to limp for a few steps. Julie helped strengthen that ankle to the point I don’t remember the last time it hurt. My doctors only solution to the pain was more surgery, I’m so glad he was wrong.

I am a 68 year old male. When I started with Julie and Meghann I was over weight, had chronic back pain and could barely run. That was approximately 13 months ago.
They have helped me lose 23 pounds.
I feel much stronger.
I ran a 5K in April.
I now jog/run 3 to 4 times a week.
I workout with Julie twice a week now and feel great.
I will run another 5K in August.
My back doesn’t bother me daily like it used.
Thank you Meghann and Julie ... you have both proven that age is just a number.
With the proper motivation and guidance any one can get in shape..

All Inclusive Health is a really amazing place for someone who is looking to make changes in their body--whether that be to gain, maintain or lose weight. I went to All In for the nutrition sessions. Since those sessions, I have really changed my relationship with food for the better, and Julie played a big part in that. She was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this place!

All Inclusive has changed my lifestyle in the best and most low key way. I've trained with Julie of All In for almost 3 years now. I can say I am in the best shape of my life, and strive to be healthier each day and training session. Goals with All In are reachable, but Julie is all for pushing me if she knows I can do more. What I had hoped a personal training program would be IS what All Inclusive truly is.

All Inclusive Health has changed my life. Moving here from North Louisiana and not know anyone or having a place for fitness that I felt comfortable in made it hard to stay on track. I was referred here by a friend 4 years ago and I could never go anywhere else! The nutrition plan and muscle workouts she specifies for you make you complete a lifestyle change not a diet. I highly recommend this personal fitness studio!

Julie, the owner of All-In, is the best personal trainer in all of NOLA. Don't be fooled by the "gotta lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks crowd." What Julie and her trainers preach is a lifestyle change with big results, yet still having fun in your life.
All-Inclusive Health is very realistic with your goals. They can pinpoint why certain strategies are not working and what can be done to fix them.
The studio is bright and elegant yet still a small business. You'll enjoy private one-on-one personal training sessions without the hassle of a large gym atmosphere but with all the equipment you'll need to be successful. The prices are very reasonable, and much less expensive than the large corporate gyms in town. All-In has a 98% client retention rate for a reason--give All-In a shot and you won't be disappointed.
