Just upon entering, the positive energy captured me. Everyone I spoke with was very inviting. I had booked a massage with Rocky and I couldn't have been happier. The massage was a.mazing.
The scents and sounds was so mentally relaxing, I felt like I was a newly reset person leaving the studio. Rocky was very informative about Yoga, I will try out the classes! Prices are insanely fantastic, thanks for the experience.

A nice little organics selection, though a bit pricey. They even sell local freshly butchered meats. Yoga classes are held here regularly and monthly they host "Heaven and Hell", an event currated by Moses Knightshead that includes local musicians and artists performing and displaying original works.

Best hidden gem in Houma. Organic and natural groceries, local grass fed meat, local eggs. Rocky is an awesome massage therapist and Kundalini Yoga teacher. Tina Martin offers AIReal Yoga tm. Lots of classes from reiki, tai chi, yoga to sessions of sound healing, massage and community events.
